I visited this "fine establishment" while I was in hurry to get to work because I was late. I ordered one sandwich. A Classic Chicken. I asked specifically for no sauce. The drive thru attendant proceeded to tell me there was no sauce on the sandwich, despite the fact I was looking at a picture of it on the menu board. Again, I asked her for no sauce. She told me the sandwich didn't have sauce as a listed ingredient on it. So I pulled around to collect my sandwich. I also triple and quadruple checked with the worker about the sauce. She ensured me, "the sandwich doesn't come with sauce." Now, being in a hurry I snatched my bag and drove to work. With minutes to spare I arrive, decide I want to gobble down my sandwich. I open it up, and guess what. Sauce. The worker lied to my face. To my face. These people want $15 an hour when they can't even put in an order for one sandwich right, despite having both the menu and diagrams with the ingredients right in front of their faces. I called to complain and the manager who was on shift took my name and said I could come in for a replacement on my break. I come back 4 hours later on my break for my replacement, and the night manager proceeds to ask me for the sandwich. I told her I had already spoken to a manager and she had taken my name and just said to bring the receipt back. When I told her I had forgotten the managers name (which by the way, she never provided) she accused me of lying. I told her politely, "My lunch is cut in half due to mandatory overtime. I'm not lying, go back to the office and check for a note." She proceeded to roll her eyes and take her sweet time slow walking all the way back. She came back with the book and proceeded to take my order. It still took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. And I was late back from my break, which I was confronted about as well as the fact I was eating at my desk. Do not go to this McDonald's. Ever. They do not train their employees correctly and they do not even deserve the minimum wage they get. I will be contacting their regional manager when that...
Read moreThis was, without question, one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve had — not because of the food, but because of how I was made to feel as a guest.
From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. The music was blasting at an inappropriate volume — more like a nightclub than a place to enjoy a meal. It was nearly impossible to hold a normal conversation. For a restaurant representing Indian culture on an international platform, this showed a surprising lack of basic sense about what makes a dining experience pleasant.
But the most disturbing part of the visit was the behavior of one of the waitresses. Throughout our time there, she continuously gave me strange, unwelcoming facial expressions — looks that were condescending, mocking, and felt racially charged. She never once greeted me with the same respect or neutrality that she gave to other customers. The discomfort wasn't subtle; it was persistent and unmistakable. It felt as if my presence was unwanted, and that message came through clearly in her body language and expressions.
This kind of behavior — whether rooted in personal bias or poor training — is completely unacceptable in any public-facing service role, especially in a multicultural society. No guest should have to question whether they’re being treated differently because of how they look or where they’re from. It leaves a lasting impression, and not a good one.
A restaurant may get its recipes right, but if it fails to offer basic dignity and respect to all its patrons, it loses its purpose. I hope the management takes this seriously and understands that discrimination — even in subtle forms — is deeply harmful and has no place in...
Read moreI will just say that the owner has an issue with anyone inside the store. Working doordash and want to take a break. Go to a different location. The owner Moe is absolutely unwelcoming. Just about every employee is. Also they have this dire need to put homeless people to shame. In 2023 I was sexually assaulted and will be having a federal case. I was treated horribly and so have other homeless people. I have extreme anxiety and fear of being around people sometimes. I'm working on getting better and Public places like this are a good way to work on my anxiety. Wanting to get out and be around people is a huge step for me and this place is absolutely horrible. I have been made to feel ashamed of myself. Put down and yet I say nothing. I am disgusted and absolutely appalled by the behaviors shown by the owners and it's employees. I will be filing a corporate complaint. Alot of homeless people use the wifi for 211 to seek shelter in the area and to be treated as if I have a drug or alcohol problem. I don't. They will actually turn their wifi off so no one has access to it and restrooms were made only available to paying customers because they don't like a homeless person using the bathroom. That is literally why they changed the policy. That's 100% discrimination. They will also call the police if you are annoying them. I once witnessed the owner on a hot day ask a doordash driver while she was taking a break and just charging her phone leave. He made her leave even when she ordered a...
