Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in St. Charles

I adore Andy’s. Truly, it’s one of my favorite spots for a sweet treat. But this location? A complete letdown. I ordered the Stolen Brownie Sundae, only to discover the pecans—the very soul of the sundae—were nowhere to be found. My boyfriend’s order? A sundae with pecans and caramel drizzle. Both were completely forgotten. It was a sundae stripped of its essence.

By the time we realized the mistake, we were already too far gone, left to eat our plain Sundays. The staff seemed rushed when there was only two cars in the drive-thru and one family on the patio. It didn’t make sense.

Andy’s still holds a place in my heart, but this location? I won’t be coming back...

Waited about 20-25 mins while they got everyone else behind us in line their order. Finally went up to ask what was going on and when we told the guy we had been waiting for awhile he said "I'm sorry, we can only take so many orders at once". If that the case, then where is mine? I asked for my money back, and the gentleman shut the window on me while he got the manager, who didn't offer any type of apology or explanation for the situation.
