There is a long line they served people in the back first we ordered they came out with no muffins and said the blueberry muffins were out and they got our drinks wrong we asked for cotton candy. They brought out bubble gum and we said no, we ordered candy and then we said where’s the muffins and they said the blueberry was out so they said that they will bring us lemon muffins and we said OK. Then when we pulled up, the lady told us that the lemon muffins were gone too when the lady just said the other lady just said she’ll go get us a lemon muffins when we pulled up. The lady said they were gone and she she refunded but I’m not sure if she actually refunded us and then when they came out when we got our drinks. It was strawberry and we asked for cotton candy and they kept messing up our drinks and they never brought us our muffins and I’m not sure if they refunded it so that was a very terrible experience. It was bad service and I might never go back again. I recommend to not go there. It’s terrible service they they get stuff wrong. They just messed up and it’s a long line and they don’t and they refund so many people just because they say they run out. It’s a long line terrible service.    Read moreI was very excited to try 7brew but overall a not so great experience, kinda bummed! When we first got in the drive-thru I told the woman who helped us that we had never been here before so I was unsure what to order and I was a bit confused. She then proceeded to tell me, well I work here and I’m still confused. I then asked about a couple different drinks and how strong their “coffee taste” was. She proceeded to tell me, couldn’t tell ya, I don’t drink coffee. So I just ordered something and moved on. We ended up ordering 3 drinks one of them being a MANGO smoothie for my niece. When we got to the end of the line to get our drinks, he hands me the smoothie and it’s RED! I said is this mango? He said no, it’s Blue Pom. I explained that it was supposed to be mango and was rung in wrong. He became frustrated and brought the drink back. Not 3 minutes later, he brings me the SAME DRINK and goes here and shoves it in my car. I was so taken aback, I just took the smoothie and looked at the man and said I’m pretty sure this is the same drink and he just smiled at me. I apologized to my niece and said I hope you like it. First, the entire staff on a Saturday was 15-16 year olds which made it hard since the people taking our order didn’t know the menus or how to put it in their system. Asking any questions went no where and they were as confused as me when I asked for their signature drink on the menu. There were two lines of cars and people taking orders on iPads. Other kids would bring the coffee to the car they thought it was (had a few come up thinking an order was ours) it was very very unorganized. People got their drinks in the middle of the lines and had to cut across the lanes to leave. They definitely need a better system for putting orders in and giving the drinks out. I will say with how many people were in line, it did go fast! It’s a new coffee shop so just tweaking some of those details to help make it run smoother! Would still go again! Also good...
