Dimaggio's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Decided to try out DiMaggio's because it seemed relatively cheap, and thought it was cool that they had baked ziti and so many customization options. I ordered via the website and was pleased with the soda variety, and the fact that they offered an exact estimate of time where I could expect the pizza. I ordered ziti with shrimp and cheesybread and a side salad with shrimp, and my boyfriend got a pizza and a two liter. Now, it only got sketchy when the delivery man walked into my house and knocked on the bathroom door. I was in the bathroom, and ten minutes earlier than the minimum estimate, this guy was pounding on the door yelling "DIMAGGIOS." I guess I didn't know they could just enter a house--it made me really uncomfortable that he didn't just knock on the door or call my cell. The food was hot, pasta was alright, salad was fine if not a little cramped in its container. The shrimp are tiny, weak salad shrimps, and I was pretty disappointed I spent two extra dollars adding them to my pasta when I could've bought a packet of them for 1.00 at a grocery store. AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND FLAT OUT RUDE!!!!! ( I ordered Lasagna with breadsticks, Spaghetti with cheesy bread and a soda for delivery. EVERYTHING was cold and breadsticks I could barely bite through. The warmest thing was the soda I ordered. I called them and told them this and the MANAGER told me he did NOT believe me and basically called me a LIAR!! I could not believe it. He then hung up on me and I could NOT seriously believe it!! I have NEVER in my life had such poor service along with COLD FOOD. Earlier in the phone conversation he even proved my point right when he agreed by the time I got my food that It probably WAS cold by now and that was 5 minutes after I received it which was late!! But then changed his story and said he did not believe me that it was cold and would not do anything about it. What was the worst thing about it was that I was called a LIAR when I was 100 % telling the TRUTH!! I am so disgusted with this place!! I WILL NEVER order from here again!! We have ordered many times from Dimaggios and they do have decent food. But we place larger orders and consistently get terrible service. They sound angry and are never thrilled to take our large order over the phone. (online ordering works about 25% of the time) Then after we get through ordering, we get the food and just about every time someone's order is screwed up or missing. Another occasion we ordered three 2 liters of soda, which they forgot to deliver, called them and asked them to deliver them and they said they didn't have time to and offered no apology. So we had to drive up there and get them ourselves... Sad that we try to support small business and consistently get treated bad here and that the employees we dealt with seem irritated that they actually have to work... Guess we will be going to the big name pizza companies...
