Erbert and Gerbert's — Restaurant in St. Cloud

I brought my grandson here after his orthodontist appt. He loves this place, has short term memory issues so remembering his favorite order is challenging. He ordered what he wanted, their was no “guts” his favorite part. I asked the sand which maker and he didn’t get “guts”. He was teary but we were moving on. The sandwich maker walked over to our table and offered him the “ guts” from a different order that didn’t want them. Day made!!!! Can't say I enjoyed the food...2nd time I've been there, and I won't be back. If I wanted a salad I would order one somewhere, I certainly didn't appreciate the boatload of mayo and chopped iceberg lettuce that took up the bulk of my sandwich... was also supposed to have onion and tomato on it but none present I could find. I usually have good experience from the Wait Park store. Unfortunately today that went to hell quick. I called once and the phone rang and rang. The second time ( figured they were busy) I got someone. They asked me to hold and I did for ten minutes. I would have hung up but I could here the conversation.
