One of my favs.
UPDATE 2/21/21 I ORIGINALLY GAVE 5 STARS AND ATE HERE PRETTY REGULAR FOR SOME TIME, BUT- Sad to say as this is one of my all time favorites to eat, the quality of service is poor. the night time staff, have on multiple occasions closed early, answering the phone and being almost snarky about being closed. I've been hung up on. and more times then I like to say I've had my order messed up. I'm extremely upset tonight, because my girl wanted jet's pizza, so we went online figured out what we wanted and ordered it at 915. now I don't do delivery, I pick my food up. on this night it snowed and roads were bad we went out for the pizza after a confirmation email was sent, it stated clearly they were open till 10, when I got to the pizza place the hours of operation posted on the door said open to 1100pm. Regardless, I ordered, got confirmation and drove there only to find door locked. I could see the guy inside, he looked at me and ignored me, I called they answered and I told him I was there to pick up my pizza. he said they were closed and I told him I ordered and had a confirmation email, IT SAYS OPEN TILL 10 ONLINE AND TILL 11 ON THE SIGN ON YOUR FRONT DOOR. I said I drove all the way here in the snow, he said he'd check, that he was just a delivery driver, I could see him through the window, and he literally did nothing for 10 seconds and then said sorry the Owner said we could close at 9. then he hung up. these guys are the absolute worst at customer care, rude, don't give A.F, disrespectful and I have spent money at this place. I'll eat there during the day but I will avoid them in the evening. it sucks cuz nobody from jet's cares. they are a bunch of low class druggies, makin and delivering pizza being as much of losers as possible. This all relates specific to the ST.CLOUD, MN location. JET'S PIZZA IS THE WORST-CASE SITUATION FOR TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. SHAME ON YOU JET'S TO ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
UPDATE 2/22/21 tonight I get a phone call at 9:54 "hello" "this is jets pizza, your pizza is here we are only open for 5 more minutes" I'm like "are you serious?" Read moreWorked there for 6 years. Had a great reputation with customers. But very much unappreciated from the new owners that only care about cheap labor. The pizza bags stunk to holy hell. I personally Hadn’t gotten a raise in years because we were told he wasn’t making any money but the prices went thru the roof and the weekly average was up thousands. I was actually the assistant manager/head driver and the Owner allowed staff to be very disrespectful towards me. I wasn’t allowed to do anything. Everything had to go thru him but he would do nothing. Never wrote anyone up. Women are not respected in that workplace. And hard work isn’t valued or rewarded. He also Didn’t properly communicate to people working and I would constantly have to call if someone didn’t come in only to find out they had told him and no one else and he didn’t feel the need to enlighten us……The most disturbing thing is I just found out if you work inside and your from Nepal (his country) you only get 9 dollars a hour versus everyone else at a measly 11-13. I have talked to several people since leaving that said his pay was only 9 if you were from India. Why oppress people from your own country that are just coming to better themselves and he thinks oooooohhhh cheap labor. Used to love this place and highly recommend, ordered religiously the last few years, lately not at all. The pizza is good, but the employees are horrible. They have consistently not had a clue when I'm placing the order even though I always order the same thing and tell them exactly what I want. It used to be saved in the computer but apparently not anymore. I have over tipped the same delivery driver in the past when I was fortunate enough almost 30 dollars at least once, and have never not tipped her. The first time I did so, after their prices went up again and during a pandemic, I only had enough for the pizza and apologized right away and not an eye roll and then an angry glare. I have been shorted ranch with buffalo wings many times so I put emphasis on it every time. Tonight they did it again and when I called I got no help from the manager, he rudely kept repeating its not on the ticket. Oh my bad, if I were to ever order again I'd make sure to say it a THIRD TIME as it states in your rules I apparently haven't read yet.
