McDonald's — Restaurant in St. Lawrence

Absolutely perplexed at my experience tonight on December 4th 2017 at 11:30pm. I probably haven't been to this McDonald's since I attended Exeter Township Senior HS in '09, however tonight was my first time back in a while and my last!

It started at the innercom my boyfriend says who witnessed everything over the car phone. I pull up to an innercom with and extremely annoyed sounding employee...I ignore it and order as I always do, and during the completion of my order ask for two apple pies which I was told they don't have. I then ask for cookies instead and proceed to the window. When paying for my food I ask the employee, "When will you guys get apple pies in"? She tells me they would have to put them on but it will takes 12 mins...that's fine but before I can respond she slams the drive thru window.

Ok then, I say to my boyfriend wow I wish she would have told me that at the innercom I would have waited. She comes back and gives me my drink and I asked her, "Do you guys only put them in when customers ask"? so maybe that way I can call ahead next time since that's really why I came out. She tell they are busy and they haven't had the time and then slams the window again. I decide ok she's angry so I'm done with the apple pie talk just waiting to get all of my food.

I get my big bag of food and go straight for my two bacon cheeseburgers 🍔 because I asked for there to be no cheese, and to my surprise there was no bacon on either of the sandwiches 😳. I kindly to the young lady, "Hey there is no bacon on my burgers, can you please just put it in a container and I will add them to my sandwich when I get home. She again slams the window with an attitude and goes and speaks with the cook. She comes back and says, "The cook said she KNOWS she put bacon on both of the sandwiches and if I want more bacon I will have to pay extra.

At this point I am pissed 😡, but I still remain calm and grab a sandwich and pull it apart layer by layer to show the cashier there is no bacon, and I ask for the cool name while handing her the sandwiches. She snatches the sandwiches slams the window again, and go have the cook slap some bacon on while never apologizing and acting as if it's my fault I didn't have my order done properly. When she returns I ask her can I just have my money back for the sandwiches because I am not appreciating the disrespect and attitudes. She THROWS the burgers off to the right, and tells me if you want your money you are just going to have to go back around! (This young lady has Red Hair And wears glasses, her hair was in a bun).

I stay at the window and wait for a manager, the manager comes to the window automatically with an attitude asking me what do I want. I tell her the employees are out of order and I just need my money back for my sandwiches. She then says ok whatever and slams the window, and start hitting at the cash machine. My boyfriend still on the phone is in shock, he is saying nothing but wow realizing how calm I'm staying. I asked the manager for their names because it makes no sense how I'm being treated for my order being messed up.

There are cars beeping at me so I beep back and the young employee snatches open the window and yells, CAN YOU RELAX PLEASE THANK YOU, and AGAIN slams the window. (I'm absolutely in shock and heated still, when I'm beeping back at a car and this girl is STILL getting smart, and now yelling).

The manager after 10mins of not knowing how to operate the register gives me back my money which was not the right amount, still refuses to give me any names and slams the window again. When I ask for their names through the closed window, the manager tells her employees to CALL THE COPS 👮 (So wait The cops are being called on me because I was treated badly and disrespected beyond a tolerable point, yet kept my cool)

I will be on all of my social site today with this story and as soon as corporate opens I am calling in! No one deserves to be treated the way I was and ganged up on by four people while my boyfriend stood by and heard it all...

Haven't been to a McDonald's in over 20 years for good except for ice cream or parfeit. But after traveling back from out of the country and no food for over 12 hours and pretty much the only restaurant open around my house, I've decided to give them another chance. I went to the McDonald's around my house which has a 24 hour dice through at about 11:50 p.m. with about 7 cars in front of me. 30 minutes later I'm still on the driveway waiting to place my order, so I decided with one last car in front of me not moving for about 10 minutes to call the restaurant, one guy answer I asked if they were open and he reply he is and he was by himself, so I told him I understood and patiently waited to place my order. I order a big Mac and medium fries, after about another 15 minutes pull to window and notice a girl with the headset and a 3rd guy just walking around not doing anything. I finally get my food, drive home about 3 minute drive and take a massive bite on my burger which is as dry as a cardboard box, there is no sauce on that thing so I added some myself. For about $10 for the meal, worst experience I've had next time I rather drive home and cook myself rather then wasting an hour just to get nasty food. I'm very passive and don't get angry easily, and don't leave reviews unless it's an exelente experience or really bad one. Guest which one this was? 1 hour on a drive through...

Absolutely horrible, two different people taking orders on the same register, and both could even remember who got what order, order two children happy meals and a frozen frappe, gave us the meals but no cups for drinks ask twice for cups and finally was hand large cups, and told to just use these, I mean seriously it was for kids, okay filled cups but had no lids for the them out at the station, ask for kids along with three more other customers who needed lids, finally after asking the same person there times for lids he hand me 6 lids and said here hand them out, finished all that stood for 15 mins waiting for my frappe, and finally asked about it and the worker told me oh the machine is empty so you will have to wait till I fill it, never gave me my money back or if began to fill the machine until I ask him after another fifteen mins of he was planning on filling the machine at all the rest of the night, he looked at me and proceed to take more orders, so needless to say will never go in there again, and I hope the they enjoy the frappe that I paid for. Gave them one star only cause I had too, the place does not deserve...
