Big Daddy's Bar in Soulard #1 Patio & Party Spot — Restaurant in St. Louis

The food was absolutely Amazing. The waitress Becky I’m pretty sure her name was was not. I was very disappointed in the customer service that we received. She came and took are order and are drink order. Then she brought us are food, Mind you when she brings us are food not once did she say enjoy or is there anything eles I can get for you. That is the only two times she came to are table. We had a party of 6 and half way Through are meals all of are drinks where empty. Not once did she come ask us if there was anything she could get for us not once did she come check on us. She never came a refilled the drinks. We waited about 20 minutes after eating for her to come give us are ticket and to ask for some boxes to take some of are food home, but She never came back to the table. My boyfriends mother actually walked into the back to find boxes herself. Then after going to the bar to ask for the ticket the bartender tells us that she can’t give it to us but she Will have are waitress right over to give it to us. witch took another 10 minutes. I would love to give this place all 5 stars because the price and size and taste of the food Was amazing, but with the customer service that we received was just horrible. I’m not one to leave reviews but while there for 12 bars of charity we were standing by the bar waiting to order and watched, who appeared to be the owner, completely humiliate and degrade a bar tender bringing her to tears in front of an entire full bar. Criticism is one thing but to dehumanize and humiliate someone in front of everyone who was trying their best in a very busy time was out a hand. I’ve been attending this bar for years with friends, coworkers, and family but after experiencing the disrespect shown to staff, I won’t spend another dollar at this establishment and will encourage my peers to do the same. There is a time and a place to address issues and behind the bar in front of paying customers was not the time.
