Fiesta Chicken — Restaurant in St. Louis

Ok, so today is day 1 of the Taste of Soulard and walking down Russell heading to the next place, this Walk-In & Carry-Out place caught my eye. As part of the Taste event, they were giving a sample of 1 potato wedge and 1/2 a Chicken Tender. The sample made me order the 3 Strips with Wedges and Ranch special. This was awesome! The Wedges, cut with appropriate thickness, were fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Chicken was juicy and tender. The seasoning on everything was amazing. We stopped by Fiesta Chicken in St. Louis during a father-son trip, and I’m so glad we did. My son and I ordered the chicken bites with fries and a root beer, and he said it was one of the best meals he’s had in a while—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the owner taking a few minutes to talk with my son about what it’s like to run a business. It wasn’t just great food—it was a meaningful moment. Vacationing for a weekend in St. Louis, we wanted to try food places by our air bnb and this was directly across the street. I was 1 out of 2 customers - website says 10min wait time, we waited about 20 minutes. We got 2 wing flavors, buffalo and bbq. The buffalo was great! Loved the flavor and it wasn’t too spicy.
