Just experienced a problem again on May 1,2025 I ordered 3 drinks 2 small 1 large 2 with liquor star berry lemonade and one blue which was a Virgin as I left we noticed or drinks tasted watery I called 2 times at 8:45 & 8:46 no answer I arrived back at 9:05 once made to counter it was 9:09pm I stated the problem and the same guy Caucasian guy that always works the counter tells me he can’t do anything about because it has been an hour so I proceeds to tell him I called twice no answer and it wasn’t a hour by the way I don’t get my receipt so I asked pull up the receipt to confirm timing he wouldn’t he argued back and forth with me then proceeds to ask the owner who walked into the lobby walking a dog should he give my money back once my finance came in stating it hasn’t been a n hour either not only that a year or two ago another worker was there and over charged my card for 2 drinks once I noticed the same day I had to wait til the carnation guy came in which was the next business day to get my money back because the manger wasn’t there . WHEN THE OTHER YOUNG LADY WAS THERE I WOULD'VE GAVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE SHE IS WHAT ACTUALLY MAKE THE PLACE. I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS PLACE FOR YEARS. I've been here a handful of times and each time I've been treated like shhh by the "bouncer". I'm a young adult. I've come with all kinds of friends. They checked our IDs.
