Unfortunately St Louis Pizza & wings has disappointed me tonight. In the past they've always been friendly very service-oriented individuals, who worked hard to satisfy the customer and produce reputable product. It makes me sad to say tonight (after I worked a 12-hour day) and it's been a hell of a week for everyone... I counted on them to produce that reputable product. after orchestrating my entire night around coming home and buying food with the money that I just made by the skin of my teeth in the leather of my soul. I was going to buy my father and I food. At first we said Domino's. But then we were like you know what we want natural products from a reputable local business. When I went to our go to, the ones we trust.... They took my order they acted as though everything was well I waited an hour for that pizza actually it was an hour and 15 minutes. I called, it was closing time. Being a pizza deliver at night having to drive till 2 in the morning with another job. I understand people get slammed. I tried to give the delivery person compassion. I thought if it was you....🙄 2 hours went by My father very hungry scrambling to try to get a bologna sandwich LOL no he really was LMFAO. But it's really not funny they let me down they could have at least told me to go to Domino's they were busy I get it. I guess this is just a lesson in customer service to myself and them. Read moreUpdate, finally I received the information I needed. FYI, Do not place an order and call back and order a 2 liter soda. Your card will be double charged. Just leave your order as is. I had to report fraud at my bank and no one who answers the phone can help me. Liars and thieves. Watch your bank account! Ithought this location on Hampton was ok until I was double charged for a double burger with cheese, single burger with cheese, onion rings and 2 liter soda. I also added a 20% tip. Also the driver took my order to the wrong address! The first charge pending was 16.38, I added a soda the 2nd charge was 19.66 without the 4.00 tip! I called immediately and was told by Chris( a shift Manager, the first charge would drop off. It didn't! My account was charged 16.38 and 23.66 for 2 burgers, cold onion rings and a 2 liter soda plus tip. I called back when my account was charged and spoke to another shift manager named Jeremy who was useless and I could contact the owner, which I just did and she was conveniently not in! I have to dispute this with my bank when I didn't make the mistake! Liars and thieves! 40.04 is too much and they should and could have voided the wrong charge upon my first call. Never again! I called directly back to place the additional order so it could at least be delivered with the initial order. I was placed on hold for 7 minutes...no one ever picked back up. I called again, the guy asked me the name and address that it was under...I told him and he said that he couldn't find it. I gave him the total and he acted like he had found it, so I asked him to verify that the address was correct...since he couldn't find it initially by the address and he said I can't tell you that information. He said, "Can you please hold?"...I waited another 4 minutes, no one came back to the call, hung up, called again, received another person, gave him all the information, to be told that the order was leaving and there was nothing they could do! Wow...I guess so since I've spent 15 minutes just trying to give someone an add-on to the initial order! I asked him why I was put back on hold and no one ever picked up and was told because other lines were ringing. Funny thing...the whole time he could have just put in other order if they would have stopped...
