This is usually one of the more pleasant stores on the south side but lately the last two visits were just about like the store on gravois and Russell which in my opinion needs to be shut down and everyone fired. Third is by far the best worst fast food store I've ever thought a store could even be and still be allowed to serve food.. My first job was at Jack on business business Gu15stine and Gravois but it's no more so I still know how things should operate at the other franchises. But this store and Gravois and Russell write their own policies daily... The food is sub standard to any Jack I've ever frequentled and the service is beyond comprehension. Exam example I've never once had the pleasure of going thru drive thru and after wasting 15 mins was told they were closed at 2:30 in the afternoon for shift change . I was hungry so I waited an additional 35 mins making it right around quarter after 3 when the mic get on began to rumble and how things were and if I was ready to order which I then replied I'd like 6 tacos fresh please. with hot sauce and an ultimate cheeseburger... My personal favorite it had a sesame seed bun and no Jack cheese. H The tacos were not fresh at all mildly warm and looked like a grease trap. I could not believe what was being served to me. I Also had 2 large orders of poppers with ranch sucked because they were over cooked and the grease tasted burnt.... H him. Get to check out and it's cash only and no receipts. Handwritten only. Because they were pocketing the cash. This is unacceptable Jack and I'm asking on behalf of. one former employee to another this has got to stop... Read moreI came here door dashing at 1:30 Monday morning and had the worst experience I think I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. When I pulled up a customer was walking out of the front door with a door dash order in hand. So, I thought that the lobby was open. No, the doors were locked. So, I'm not sure how the person I saw got special privileges? But that's just the beginning of the rudeness. I saw 3 people in the restaurant doing nothing but talking. I pull up to the drive thru, which nobody was in line what so ever and never was the entire time I was there I waited for a few minutes with nobody asking if I needed help. So, I pulled up to the window, were I was very rudely instructed to go back around and order through the speaker even after I told the rude girl I was door dashing. She slammed the window closed. So, I did as I was instructed and drove back around to wait at the speaker for another few minutes. I was finally able to give them the name on my door dash order. When I arrived at the window I was practically thrown the bag of food. No greetings or thank you for choosing Jack N The Box. Just attitude like how rude I was to be there to pick up a order and disturb their conversation. Like I said the very worst experience I've ever encountered. Read moreI've been at the location in St. Louis twice. The first day no problem everything was great 5 star. The next day I went it was a problem before I started to order. The lady said order when and I told her just a minute please. Then said it again😕. I said ok I need two orders. The lady told me it was and inconvenience😳😕🤔. Ok so I put everything on 1 order. Driving SUV had had two kids and three adults in SUV. Before I get to window the lady waved at me for me to stop. I'm thinking for what but ok whatever. Once. I get to the window the lady did not give me time to get the bottom of bag so the bag fell. So I can hear her and I guess the cook having attitude with me dropping the bag but I was not handed the properly to begin with. She tells me to pull in the parking and my order will come out when ready. Ok. Did not get all what I've ordered and did not get a receipt to tell man that came to my suv about my order. I tell him that I didn't get all what I've ordered. He asked for receipt and tells me since I didn't get a receipt I didn't get charged for it😕and left.
