Long John Silver's — Restaurant in St. Louis

Most ridiculous, chaotic experience I've had in a while. I ordered on Doordash for pickup. App states would be ready @ 6:19. I went through the drive thru to simply ask if I could pickup in the drive thru or needed to come in. As soon as I said Doordash, the person interrupted me, yelling that I had to come in because Doordash is on a different register. So I go in, get ignored for several minutes, then say Doordash again which evidently triggered the counter help. She asked what I ordered. I said 2 meals under my name. She said no, I needed to show her on my phone or give her my phone (what?) because they can't communicate with Doordash. They don't know when there's an order or what the order is. I finally get my food after waiting another 19 minutes while watching food go out through the drive thru window fairly quickly to people who weren't 'smart' and thinking ahead enough to order online.There were 2 more Doordash customers who came in while I was waiting and got the same stellar treatment. After all that, my order was wrong. I only received half of my husband's meal. The store didn't appear to be shorthanded but the chaos made me wonder. This location is horribly mismanaged. We have tried ordering food via Doordash every night this week. Several nights, LJS stopped allowing delivery service at 1:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m., depending on the night. We finally got to put in an order one night before their ridiculous cutoff time. The order was confirmed by Long John Silver's, and then I got notification that the order was on its way. All of a sudden, I got a call that the order was being cancelled because the restaurant said they were out of food and closing. Their closing time is published as 10 p.m. and the call came at 6 p.m. After a couple more days of not being able to order because the Doordash app showed that LJS has limited their hours, we finally placed an order tonight, 2.5 hours before the delivery order deadline. LJS confirmed the order. Our Doordasher waited at LJS for about 40 minutes ti pick up the order. Finally, our Dasher said the restaurant staff said they were no longer accepting delivery orders and they were out of food. They wasted our Dasher's time and compensation, and we had to order other food and wait even longer. What a mess. They need a major overhaul...

Bro food is amazing! 100/10, I love this place The first time I went to this location she was rude but this experience today was bad enough that I will not be coming back. She told me there would be a wait and that they were out of hush puppies which never bothered me at all, when she started to take our order she had an attitude and was raising her voice at me about if I wanted double fries, when I got to the 2nd meal, 2 fish tacos and fries she said she can’t do that they’re not doing that today, that means she has to turn the grill on. It was 12:30 pm so it was beyond me why the grill wouldn’t be on in the first place. I completed the order and she snapped at me and said she already told me it would be a long wait because she’s all by herself (which she had not) this employee has an attitude every single time and is consistently rude and the location is run like it has terrible or no management at all.
