Love ‘n Light is a place you must visit, if you are looking for wonderful Vegan dishes! My first time visiting STL and this is a memorable stop for a FOODIE! Okay let me share the scrumptious dish #1 Rawfredo. It came loaded, so you better have an appetite. The zucchini noodles, mushrooms, onions, kale, onions, carrots, etc. the cashew sauce was a great touch. And of course the colors of the dish were pleasing to the eye. Dish 2 was the Coconut Tofu Curry; all I can say is yummy! On a cold winter day this dish was a nice treat. The warm curry dish was a delight for my insides. And those potatoes had a nice texture, a great compliment with the veggies over jasmine rice. Dish #3 the Falafel Pita, filled with fresh cucumber, kale and a great garlic dill mayo, the Pita is good and filling. All the portions we picked were more than enough to share between two people. Zane was pleasant and had a great demeanor. The restaurant has a chill with a Relaxing vibe, music playing also helped to set the mood. We enjoyed the aesthetics and the hydro pods growing fresh herbs was nice to see. And the lovely artwork too. We witnessed Zane cut fresh herbs from the pods, used to prepare our wonderful dishes. Absolutely great food, service, and environment. We felt the prices were good also, never an issue as long as the food is good! The solar plexus smoothie is good. Forgot to take picture of my drink, drank it too fast.
Anyway, now check out pics and drive over there to order up your dishes, I say that because you can’t order just one thing. Enjoy!!! Thanks to Leah and Zane for making this possible for my husband...

Food ** Food was very good here. Made extremely fresh with the kitchen right there. Felt very from the heart, home cooking. We got the Chickpea Masala and the Tofu with ginger and peanut sauce. Both were very good, however the Masala was very spicy without indication, which was the only negative, so I would ask your server if you have any aversion to spices. We also got the Sacral smoothie which was also very good but basically tasted just like a strawberry banana smoothie. They have very interesting drinks though, we wanted to try them all!
Atmosphere ** This place has such a family atmosphere. We were greeted by a whole slew of people, they were all hanging out, singing and dancing. We got there late and we were the only people there but they were so welcoming and friendly.
Service ** I think we were served by the owner which was so cool. Food was super quick and very fresh!
Price $$$ This was on the more expensive side, which was surprising to us, although portion sizes are decent....
Read moreSo Love 'n Light Cuisine is now called Veg Nation and Maannnn look, by all means I'm no vegan but today it definitely became an option for my lifestyle change frfr...To enter, you will need to use the door closest to the rear of the building & I couldn't get pics of the facility bc I'm on crutches at the moment. On the menu today: -Tofu Scramble: I ain't NEVA had tofu eggs, but the texture & taste were on point! 👍🏽🔥 -Country Potatoes and Onions: Great portion of perfectly seasoned spuds -Blueberry Compote French Toast or Waffles: I typically like my French toast plain, but chef Bhagavan put the compote on the side for me and I'm glad he still included it cuz was dipping my toast in it & AbsoFUQNLUTELY delicious!! Oh, I also sampled some of the freshly squeezed OJ ( I was scared bc I HATE pulp😂😳) & even though I could see the pulp, I didn't taste it AT ALL🥲😱🥰! Yea, I'm giving them a 5/5 and will definitely coming back, plus Chef Bhagavan also offers private meals and meal prep...I'm told Veg Nation will soon be available on DD...
