AMAZING PIZZA!! LOTS of ooey gooey long pulling cheese, perfectly poppable pepperoni, and an amazing crisp one the outside soft and spongey on the inside wood fired crust. The owner is a great personable guy who made my pizza and talked to me later on to make sure everything tasted good. They even put reheat instructions on the box to make sure your product can be reheated as optimally as possible for your eating pleasure 10/10 would highly recommend. I bought a whole pizza for myself and have absolutely no regrets about having to eat pizza for the next 3 meals 😁

The pizza was so delicious. It had the perfect amount of pepperoni and the right amount of salt. The sauce was packed with flavor and the crust was fantastic. The overall atmosphere was quiet with an appropriate volume of music playing so that you could still have conversations. There was plenty of indoor or outdoor seating available. Friendly staff and in a clean new space with a cool vibe. Highly recommended.

Some of the best pizza in The Lou. Hand-tossed, wood-fired brick oven pizza. All the pizzas are excellent, but the upside down cheese is divine!

I am a huge fan of Pizza Via! I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend this gem of a St. Louis institution in the making. This pizza rivals every pie I’ve eaten anywhere, local, national, and international. I attribute that to Scott, who elevates pizza-making to an art. He is a craftsperson, clearly meticulous about quality of ingredients and integrity of the dough-making and wood-firing process, knowledgeable and dedicated about everything pie. Having chatted with him, it’s clear he is not only an aficionado of the cuisine but a consummate professional, staying current on innovations and trends in pizza culture and chefs around the country. The pride and precision in his baking is palpable in the taste of every pizza I’ve tried. There’s an ideal ratio of dough to crust to sauce to cheese. The service is excellent: friendly, warm, speedy, genuinely invested in customer satisfaction. Everyone who works there seems to have a great balance of serious work ethic and laid-back, engaging demeanor. The atmosphere is chill and simple-the food is the star and there’s a refreshing purity in the experience-no other sensory distractions that might steal focus from the taste factor, making it somehow a more fulfilling, mindful meal. As a vegetarian, it’s exciting to have a place that serves innovative combinations of fresh, organic ingredients and a menu that varies. This place has become my new reason to be proud to make...

We visited this place knowing Scot from previous Pizzieoli and Pizza Head so we were sure this would be a hit. Good pizza in the past. Good pizza now, also. What has deterioriated is Scot's terible customer interaction. Don't know if it was because we were all women, but when I asked (not demanded) no olive oil be added to one of our pizzas, Scot mumbled some discontent (inaudible to us but seen in his facial expression of unhappiness that we challenged his cooking style) or perhaps that we would even make that request, I don't know or don't care. We also wanted extra crispy pepperoni, and the owner made additional insulting comments all within our hearing ability. Also to no fault of the server, my salad was never delivered to me for consumption so I inquired as I still wanted my salad to accompany my pizza (otherwise why put it on the menu?). So waiter apologized and I heard Scot say to waiter, "She's still hungry?". Seriously? To make such deragatory comments within customer earshot is disturbing and disgusting, quite frankly Our bill for 2 medium size, at best, pizzas was $54 plus and this STL market doesn't warrant that cost for pizza; fine dining, maybe. But pizza? We wanted to put our horrible experience out there for others - especially women - to take heed about patronizing this place, because our family will NEVER return here or...

After my first time didn't go as planned, I took the owner up on his offer to make a new pizza free of charge. The owner, Scott, went above and beyond to fix the confusion of the first visits order. Not only did he make a special order margarita pizza, but when he found out my card didn't refund( new computers and all) he took cash out of his pocket to refund me. I told him he didn't have to bc I was getting the pizza, but he insisted. The pizza...AWESOME! the dough is a good recipe. The space was just the right amount of sweetness, and herbs were on point also. I very highly recommend this lil pizza spot. Bring your friends and get him more business so Scott can open for more hours to make this great pizza available. Thanks...
