Quick! 🐎 A Treasure Trove of Cocktail Bars 🍸 in St. Louis~

Walking along the sidewalk in st louis midtown/hospital schoolish area, don’t blink or you’ll miss this treasure! Lazy Tiger gives you bohemian meets eclectic trendy, laid back groove feels and it’s perfect! The cocktail menu is full of fresh fruit flavors paired perfectly with selected libations to awaken your palate to a new way to experience an anything but ordinary mixed drink… delicious! I had lucky lips! If the drink doesn’t bring you back, the food definitely will… apps, small plates or full meal, no matter which you choose, its the right choice! My jerk chicken sandwich blended flavorful seasoned meat with homemade zesty kickin’ sauce that balanced the taste perfectly so they didn’t compete for my taste buds attention, but complimented the whole sandwich. I topped mine with the amazing pork belly that can be a meal itself. The kimchi, apples, and whatever other deliciousness accompanied the pork belly, gave total satisfaction. I haven’t even gotten to the cheddar biscuits that you taste real cheddar cheese and the crisp edges or the beef fat fries… let’s just say not a fry was left!! Do yourself a favor next time you’re in the Lou for a ballgame or conf etc, take a trip to the Lazy Tiger… You’re welcome😊

Last night, my daughters and I went to Lazy Tiger for dinner, and it was incredible! From the beginning, we were welcomed by a wonderful hostess with the most adorable curls, setting the tone for an amazing evening. Everything from the drinks--like the Lucky Lips and the Lazy Tiger--to the food was fantastic. The happy hour menu was also a standout, with each item being absolutely wonderful. The salmon from the main menu was cooked perfectly by the chef, and the crab fritters were heavenly. Our waitress was attentive, charming, and fantastic (my apologies for not remembering her name--she had long dark hair). Coming from Vegas, we were really impressed by how she elevated our experience. This town has been wonderful. It's beautiful, charming, and exactly the break we needed from the fast-paced city life! Thank you so very much for making an absolutely wonderful memory!! Pricing was very affordable, the experience was above and beyond fabulous, Lazy Tiger stands alongside some of the finest dining establishments I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for the great memories!!!

This was an encore visit; as I had a lovely experience just a week ago. Today I decided to try different items on the menu along with my dining companion, who’s never been to LT.

We arrived promptly for our 5:30pm reservation. My dining companion thoroughly enjoyed the pork belly & lobster roll. I loved the Nashville oysters but felt the Caesar salad & fried rice were lackluster. My cosmo was perfect, I appreciate bartender’s attention to detail. The space is a chill vibe with dim ambiance. My complaint is in mid conversation our server came over and said, “ ok ladies we’ll have to wrap this up the wedding party is arriving”.

My friend and I were super perplexed. No one indicated upon arrival that we were on borrowed time due to a private event. This would’ve been helpful to know ahead so we could determine if we wanted to keep the reservation or not. Alternatively, he could’ve suggested we step over to Yellowbelly instead kicking us out...
