I may be a sensationalist, but I really love this restaurant. I have been to Thailand countless times, and I have tried street food and also Thai food in upscale and ordinary restaurants, but I have to say that this restaurant reminds me of the Thai places I have been to in Thailand. I ordered a pad see ew and what stood out about the dish is the freshness and the size of the stir fried noodles. The pad see ew was super fresh: you could tell the noodles and the pork are definitely not frozen. A lot of Thai restaurants in America use frozen meat as a way to drive down their costs and that’s why they often taste bland or stale. However, the pork was flavorful and had a lot of texture. The stir fried noodles were huge, just like the ones you see in Thailand, and the noodles were tasty and chewy. Moving on the broccoli. The broccoli were not dry and over cooked. They were cooked to perfection so they still had the moisture to produce the crunchy noise. Overall, the dish was phenomenal and super authentic. The only criticism I have to say is the Thai Tea is way too sweet for my liking. The Thai tea has a lot of texture and is comparable to the ones in Thailand, but the tea has so much sugar for me to love it. That’s the only thing I have to say about the place. Other than that, I thoroughly love this place and I can’t wait to...

I am writing this as a warning to any future customers to beware of hygiene of this place. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken while out with friends and found a strand of hair tucked within the noodles. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a photo of the hair because I didn’t think I would be posting about this, but here I am. I am just writing this to let it be known that future customers should be wary of the cleanliness of their food and any potential food poisoning. I do not know what other standards are not being met.

In terms of food, portions are large, but frankly, the noodles are sloppily stirfried and overly greasy.

I will not be coming here again. I didn’t bring this issue up with the staff, but I am writing this in hopes that they know this is absolutely not acceptable for a restaurant to be doing and that any cleanliness standards they are using should be...

Thai 202 was great! Staff were welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about food allergies! I personally can not have gluten or dairy…one of the chefs overheard me mention this and sprang to action by coming out to the front to inform me of the menu items I was able to eat and those to stay away from. Super helpful! Also, today my girlfriend and I came in while she was experiencing a diabetic episode of low blood sugar. The cashier did not question me when I took a soda directly out of the refrigerator to help her out right away, nor was he phased when I placed a rush order for our food due to her health. He happily took our order and proceeded like normal making it all a “No Big Deal” situation. They also NEVER questioned her service dog, Teddy, at all during our visit! WAY TO GO THAI 202 for an amazing experience through...

As I approached the register to place my order the hostess (Asian American lady) seemed to be on her phone wearing earphones. She looked up bothered at my approaching. I disregarded this as the reviews seemed positive. She took off one earphone and I ordered a pineapple fried rice. Before I could order or say anything else she mumbled the total and replaced the earphone. I took a seat and she proceeded to dump the plate on my table and turn around without a word. As if this was not enough, the dish was bland, the rice was not fully cooked and the shrimp was cold as if it was defrosted in a microwave. Extremely disappointing.

I am sadden by the decrease in quality of food since covid. My favorite dish use to be the orange chicken entrée with extra orange sauce. I went recently since the lockdown started and it was horrible. The sauce was all gel... I called and informed them and the guy who answered the phone said that's how they always made it, which is a lie. He was reluctant to provide a refund so I ordered the pad thai noodles and even that was subpar. Noodles and Company provides better food quality for the same dish. All in all, I would only visit this establishment for the Thai tea.

The food was prepared remarkably quickly, almost surprisingly so, but it was still delicious. The sauce on the potstickers was particularly noteworthy and became my favorite part of the meal. My order included the Potstickers and the Hot & Sweet Chicken. The restaurant itself is small but has a cozy vibe, making it a good spot for a lunch break or a casual dinner. While I dined in, I noticed a lot of people opting for takeout, which seems to be a popular choice here.
