TL/DR - took forever, never brought my kids food out, lemon juice waters were $5 each.

I came in and only one other table was there. I was with my 3 kids (one is a baby). Waiter took drink order - water for me, I asked if there had lemonade, he said yes so I ordered 2 for the kids. He brought the water. 10 min later, no one has come back, no lemonade and we have not ordered. Finally, he came back to take the order. I ordered humus, beef doner plate, and a chicken kebab for the kids to split and I reminded him of the lemonade. He goes to a bar in the corner and starts squeezing fresh lemons... I was kind of excited thinking fresh made lemonade would be great. He brought 2 glasses over with 10 sugar packets. It must have been 50/50 lemon juice/water. No where close to enough water or sugar to make it even tolerable. I did my best to water one down and added all the sugar - it was still terrible, but the kids kind of sipped it. Humis came out with pita and was decent. Then he brings my beef which was pretty tasteless but not terrible. I started eating and gave the kids a few of my fries while we wait for their kebab... which never came and no one came around to check on us. Next time he came by I ask d for the check and then he realized he never brought the kids food. He apologized. Check came back and he said he needed to add the lemon juices. He brought the check back for me to find out they were FIVE DOLLARS APEICE!! I’ll...

If there is a half or no stars i would put it ... I have never experienced such bad experience .. I was in a vacation to visit my family and we wanted a nice place to have dinner in Christmas day .. We called before to check if there is available table he said yes. When we entered no tables and they started apologizing and they seated us on a table close to the kitchen. Noisy kids around and uncomfortable. We did not feel relaxed at all. So we kindly asked the waitress if they are busy and cant have any customers it s fine we can go. The waitress answered no and you will get a fresh delicious food. We ordered the food and requested to be moved to a better table. After 40 minutes the food came with mixed up orders cold fatty meat very tiny portion as if i order it from kids menu. When they moved us to a nicer table it was dirty he wiped it with a dirty cloth. We decided to try to enjoy our evening put half of the appetizers were not served and we were waiting for them. No napkins no utensils and when we asked them for forks the waiter brought them and throw them on the bread basket!!!!! And then because the portions where too small we asked for more bread, they brought one only for five. And when we asked for the check we had the appetizers that we did not have . Very...

I’ve been to this place so many times and I was always happy with everything. Food are always great and friendly staff. But the last time I was there the food was so bland and tasteless. I had to put a lot of salt on my food to make it eatable. I ordered lamb biryani and it doesn’t come with a side of red onion like it used to be. Me and my husband ordered Turkish Kunefa for our 2 friends to try out. This time the young boy server asked me what size of Kunefa do I want, small, medium or large and he also said that size small won’t be enough for 4 people so I decided to get a medium one. Normally when I ordered, the lady server never ask what size do I want so I thought they might have changed the menu and I missed that part. He brought out 12” Kunefa for 4 of us to eat and it costs $49.99 for just the dessert alone! I checked on the menu once I got home and that was called “Family ice cream Kunefa” which is the biggest one they have on the menu not “medium” like the young boy server told me to get when I was trying to order. To me the small Kunefa is the right amount to feed 4 people. I feel like that boy server trick me on this and I’m so unhappy about it. I will think twice if I want to go back...

We were looking for a Mediterranean restaurant and we find here, we sat outside. The server brought us soup and a bottle of water. We ordered the combo appetizer, the mixed kabob, and the lamb chops for dinner, then we ordered the tea and the knafeh for dessert. The quality of the food was not that good, the dinner comes with some salad and mushroom sauce, the salad was very good👌👌 It has cucumber, tomato, red onion, white vinegar, salt, pepper, and parsley. The Adana kebob was a little bit hot and spicy, and the chicken was very dry you could easily notice the lack of seasoning it was two small pieces of lamb which were better than the chicken. The lamb chops were good but had no seasoning again. Overall nothing like Turkish food so far. But the dessert, Turkish delight, was very good and crispy outside and cheesy inside, it was a little bit too sweet but it was tasty.👌 The service wasn't good if you sit outside and you need anything you have to go inside and tell them. When you have a patio, you'll need at least one person to cover the area. We wanted to sit more but it was a crazy man next to us out on the patio who was bothering us and other customers.

The food here was incredible! Authentic Turkish dishes and incredible hummus. The manager or owner greeted us as soon as we walked in, and you could instantly feel his kind Turkish hospitality. The decor and atmosphere of this place is just beautiful with pieces from all over Turkey! The service, however, was very poor. Our server did not seem to care about her tables. At one point, both servers were sitting down at another table eating food, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, she gave the other table our dish and then when she realized she’d mixed them up, didn’t apologize or say anything about it until we asked where our food was. Another table she was serving had to ask her how they should order food because she took so long to greet them. Honestly it really made this experience disappointing because I’ve experienced Turkish culture and hospitality growing up there, and this was just not it. I have four stars because I want to support the manager/owner (who was very very kind) but I hope they are able to get servers who at the very least, can pretend to care about their job.

Had a delicious dinner at Sheesh! The atmosphere was great, I felt like I was eating in another country from the decor, dishware, and seating. We first were served a small bowl of lentil soup, I'm not much of a soup person but it was delicious with a tiny bit of spiciness to it! My husband and I split the baba ghanouj as an appetizer, it was served with 2 round breads covered in sesame seeds. I ate my whole bread and half the baba ghanouj, I told my husband it was so good I don't even care if I'm too full to eat my entree! For entrees I got the chicken special and my husband got the mixed grill. We both really enjoyed our dishes. My entree included mashed eggplant so it was very similar to the baba ghanouj, but it also had a citrus flavor to it. It was such a unique combination. Unfortunately, I was too full to finish my dinner so I couldn't even think about trying the coffee, tea and dessert. I think we'll have to come back soon just for that! My only complaint was that the service was slow, specifically at the end when we were full, tired and ready for the check.
