The juice truck was at a work event, paid for by them. A lady right in front of me got a free smoothie for her and her daughter, but when I was ordering with my two children, I was told to pay for them and mine would be free. I did pay but that wasn't fair. The worker announced he would only make 13 more drinks and everyone else would have to pay, although we were all given drink coupons for a free drink. When he told people they would have to pay, despite waiting on line for over twenty minutes, people started complaining, taking pictures of the truck and posting about the service, so he changed his mind and let them get what they had waited for. The strawberry colada is delicious but the service was poor. I understand they may have been overwhelmed with the number of people there, but customer service is everything.
