Starbucks — Restaurant in St. Louis

My first and last visit here! I work for Washu, had a starbucks gift card and figured I'd use it here. Never been to this location but it's convenient since I work on the campus. I went in ordered and the person behind the register was unfriendly and apparently short patience. I use the gift card and was short . 10 cent. I wasn't sure if I could charge . 10 cent to my credit card so I tried to hurry up and order an additional item. The look on this woman's face was awful and rude towards me. I felt extremely uncomfortable and that is enough to make me never go back. I'll stick to the coffee shops elsewhere. I ended up paying $3.00 for a BROWNIE because I just wanted to hurry up and get out this woman's face. Glad I know what it's like because they won't get another...

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to ever. I was the only one in the store! They were Understaffed, but still had poor customer service. It takes 2 seconds to say “I’ll be right with you” Guy let me stand there for 5 minutes ignoring me before he told me to order at the register on the other end. Another five minutes standing at the register and he says just order in the app. I’m unc I don’t have the app. Most ridiculous establishment, online orders are more important than people in your face. The reason why I gave a 1 star is because they are never open on time half of the time. Ms. D is awesome her customer service exceeds normal expectations, when she is there they are open. If someone else is opening you can forget getting a coffee or anything else. The only time I have to get a coffee is in the morning before my day starts it is really frustrating when starbucks on the St Louis College of Pharmacy campus does not open on time.
