Subway — Restaurant in St. Louis

My husband and I went to grab food before going into work on campus, we went in around 9:25 pm on a Thursday evening. When we walked in the cashier immediately rolled her eyes, sighed in annoyance and out loud said are you kidding me! So I asked if they were about to close thinking they did at 9:30, her and the man making sandwiches snapped YES! So I apologized and said thay was all they needed to say only to find out they closed at 10 and they were just to annoyed with the rest of there day I guess to bother making one more sandwich. I understand if you have a bad day and want to go home, I have those too, But here I am about to work my 8 hour shift without lunch because they were to lazy to do there job. Normally I have no problem with the service when I go, but this rating is more directed at management. To only have one employee working the store during lunchtime really speaks to how you treat your employees. I got denied service because the one employee working said she needs to close down for 20 minutes and I got denied service. Super disappointed, your location has just lost a fairly regular customer. I will find a subway that has more staff during lunch, as their employees clearly want to be there more...

We got dinner on 6/28/23. It was delicious. I got a turkey sandwich with spinach, tomato, cucumber, green peppers, mayo, ranch, salt and pepper, and oil and vinegar. I would've given more stars except this location apparently is a franchise. Which means they don't take corporate coupons.
