Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Marys

So I order $50.00 worth of pizza online, gave them my card number, according to the site all was good. I get a call 5 minutes later from some girl saying they are out of pizza cheese and closing early. well I ordered several other things besides pizza that still could have been delivered. I asked if they had charged my card, the girl was confused, the said oh yes we charged your card, I will refund it. She wasn't able to tell me if it would be refunded right away. So basically if that was all the money I had, I would be out of luck for a few days waiting on my refund. Now I remember why I stopped ordering from Dominos and went to Pizza Hut. I tip the same amount that i spend on food each time, last time my pizza was greasy, missing toppings, extremely over sauced so much that i could have saved some for a spaghetti dinner. I gave the pizza away to my neighbors and when i called dominoes to complain they would only bring me the correct pizza i ordered if i returned the original pizza. I would have if i still had it, the neighbors complained about it also and they didn't spend a dollar on it. I'm 38yrs old and have been a loyal dominoes customer for as long as I've eaten pizza but now I'm going with ops ,i guess i should have been supporting local business to begin with,...

To start off I wish a zero was an option My husband and I ordered two simple pizzas and according to their craptastic app where it tracks your order, it took longer than it should have. This is not the first time the app has not been accurate when the status changes to delivered. In fact it arrived almost twenty minutes after it says delivered. Regardless of the rediculous wait time we enjoyed our pizzas till my husband found a BIG PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT SOMEHOW GOT BAKED INTO HIS PIZZA UNDER THE CHEESE!!!
