Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders — Restaurant in St. Marys

A friend recommended this restaurant because of the great food that they serve. I took their advice and ordered a 5-piece tender option with bread, coleslaw, a cup of sauce, plus a drink. Either way, we're in for some problems here. When the food was served to me, aesthetically, it looked excellent. But beyond that, we're going downhill. Everything was lukewarm at best. The chicken was cooked, so we're good there. The hottest sauce they offered was buffalo, so I'll take that. OMG, how much sodium chloride (salt) did you need to add to it? The chicken had no flavor, the coleslaw was ok, and the grey cup of paste, what was that? In summary, based on my interaction and opinion, go somewhere else. Huey Magoos is my newly recent drug of choice when I am in states that have these wonderful restaurants. I stopped at this one as it was the last one on my sad commute home. I was not AS impressed by this one. I also ordered the grilled chicken ones, and they were very small and shriveled and dry compared to ones I had at another location. The fried ones were good, but nothing about this locations food were AS good as others. So I was a little disappointed, but still happy to have gotten their food one last time for months. The staff was super friendly. And one girl was working super hard for most everyone. Dine in was clean and spacious for the location. I went by after an online order incident that took my money but the restaurant did not receive the order. I called, spoke about it, then was told it will be replaced. I was hopeful of having this issue resolved, but instead I was aggressively approached by a supervisor. I kept calm, but I was screamed at by this worker around 2:20-2:45pm on 7/20/25. I am hopeful that the cameras caught this incident along with audio. I am not an aggressive person, but this supervisor was trying her hardest to provoke me.
