The platform has changed since previous comment(s) (submitted directly to Company rather than post- but (still) can be though then and now it still is not fully clear how that could become let contemporary necessity ). Something else happened in which both a newer male employee was acting like a twit and a (female) previously poor performing also expressing that person's bitter job dissatisfaction in a petty emphasis of why it is not particularly productive to consider employees' grievances or opinions in companies' performances and implementations. Never mind the evasiveness and/or passive aggressiveness at one and more locations where the barista \service staff- deliberately, dumbly, or stupidly depending upon the situation at the business locations- do not make distinction between store manager and shift manger or their own job title. I glanced another comment with response from an "owner" on this same platform prior to writing this comment. (Frankly if those things (in applicable subject matter comments) are directed at me personally for some reason I can respond that when that such things happen generally it is not particularly by people who are professional in appearance or astute in person...This is the public comment after some interval. Read moreim a frequent visitor at this store and a starbucks partner myself. while i’ve had continuous issues at this store, i try my best to look past it, but today was a particularly rough experience. i mobile ordered a drink and when i received it, it was made incorrectly. i kindly asked them to remake it, they were very friendly and accommodating. They asked me to pull forward because i was in drive thru, which i understand can slow them down, so i happily complied. the expectation was that my drink would be brought to me after it was done being remade (this is what we do at my store). I waited in my car for 15 minutes and hadn’t received my drink so i went inside. i quickly found my drink and i could visibly see it was made wrong. i tasted it and confirmed that the remake was made wrong. I received a refund and left.

She went into the public bathroom and beat on the walls and threw the trashcan around and damaged it while customers were sitting uncomfortably listening to her. It is also uncomfortable to order because Kalie Gipson will slam her hands on the counter if she thinks you, as a customer, are taking too long to order. She has even thrown her microphone headset and broken it because she was so annoyed by a customer. Why would anyone want to go here?
