I just came from this location and had the worst experience. I don't ever post reviews but this has to be said. When I came in, there were two boys standing in line and a footlong being toasted. The footlong was just for one of the boys, but the man behind the counter automatically asked me what I wanted, which made me assume the sub was for both of the boys, so I told him I wanted a chicken bacon ranch on Italian. He pulls out the wrong kind of bread, and then tells the woman behind the counter to take over for him. So she comes over and asks me what I wanted. I say a chicken bacon ranch on ITALIAN, hoping she'd notice the bread was wrong and replace. She did not notice. Instead, she asks the man behind the counter where the chicken is. She asks him multiple times and he doesn't answer. So she goes under a counter and pulls out a black tub with a lid on it and then proceeds to ask ME, "is it this kind of chicken?" So I just said, "I don't know, just chicken?" How was I supposed to know what chicken?! So she puts that tub away and pulls out a different tub, opens it, and then asks her coworker again, "this kind of chicken?" He stares at it for a while and then says yeah. He then says he will be right back, AND LEAVES THE STORE. I figured he was on his break, but he comes back in after maybe 2 minutes. She puts the chicken and everything else on my sub and while it's being toasted, she asks the other boy from before what he wants, because apparently the man just assumed he didn't want a sub and never asked him what he wanted. I felt really bad so I kept apologizing to the kid because I felt like I had cut in front of him, and as the kid is telling me it's fine, the man behind the counter tells me it's fine too, as if I was apologizing to him?! That wasn't that big of a deal but it was extremely quizzical. As I was getting my drink and walking out, I'd like to add that the man leaves the store again. I doubt it was...
Read moreThis experience was an absolute waste of time. Will NEVER go to another subway again, this was such a bad experience. This storeâs customer service deserves a negative out of 10. Wouldnât even give them a 1. I ordered my family two foot long sandwiches on Uber eats and both are absolute garbage.
One was a chicken, lettuce and double cheese sandwich. There is no cheese at all, even though we paid for extra. The flatbread is hard as a rock and obviously old and past expiration. They put an ungodly amount of ranch on it too, to the point that it is inedible.
The meatball sub on Italian herbs & cheese was not toasted, tastes old and had one single piece of cheese on it.
The oatmeal raisin cookie is hard as a rock and can hardly even be bitten or broken in half.
When we called to talk to a manager, they were rude: didnât apologize or even give a greeting, it was âsubway hubbards laneâ and I relayed the issues about the order. She said âyou want a refund?â then the call ended.
When I called back, the phone was a dial tone as if they had unplugged it.
So I called back another 6 times with no answer. When they finally did answer, she was even more rude than before and without addressing any of the issues, told me to calm down. Then hung up AGAIN.
Now I am receiving âno caller IDâ phone calls, literally within seconds of them hanging up. I have received six of these calls within the last 10 minutes of...
Read moređŽ wow once I looked at the reviews I realized others have had the same experience as I have. I ask for a footlong sub and when explaining what I want the Indian gentleman behind the counter kept speaking under his breath in his own language. I was very disturbed bc it was after anything I said, as if saying my toppings was not ok. I kept saying thank you every time but it didnât seem to matter. When we got to the oil and vinegar I ask him for it to be put on their liberally, so I ask for a little more, he held the vinegar over my sandwich in one spot at a time purposely saturating my sandwich and 3 second intervals and then moving to the next spot still speaking under his breath, I just said thank you again thatâs fine. I forgot to ask for oregano salt pepper bc it was quiet obvious I took enough of his time:( When I ask him to wrap the halves separately bc I was going to eat one half and the other for later he continue to speak under his breath. I told him thank you again and laughingly said tell me what you say about me in your language so I can understand too. He laughed and certainly did not tell me. I wouldnât eat here again. I didnât feel welcome my business didnât feel appreciated and the oil got on my car seat not to mention itâs very distracting when someone is speaking badly about you for completing your order. Not friendly and not good experience and my bread was soaked through...
