Louisville coffee chain worth visiting if you're from out of town ~ it's a part of the culture here. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a free private parking lot. Easy. II. SERVICE Nothing notable stood out with the staff ~ their care over customers is standard. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are welcome outside, but not inside. They provide a convenient drive through service. III. QUALITY Standard coffee & tea, with a wide selection of flavors and a pastry selection. I wouldn't say the interior is the coziest atmosphere with metallic or wood chairs scattered amongst the space. Large windows flood natural light into the building. None of the beverages are served in glassware ~ all made to-go. The vibe is like a chain esthetically, like a Starbucks. IV. CAPACITY There is typically a fair amount of available tables. I've traveled the world and even owned a coffee importing business and tbh there's no better quality of coffee out there than this one. The staff here are the friendliest, the vibes inside this specific location are impeccable, and the prices are great. You've got to try if you are a visitor from out of state, or if you're local you'll get hooked. The staff here actually seem like they love their jobs and are happy to be there, they are very accomodating as well. I've been here many times for months and I've never received a bad attitude or negative energy from any of the staff. Other locations are good as well, but this one beats them by far. They are also very efficient with making the drinks so I don't know why people are complaining on...

I work online so I frequent a lot of coffee shops in Louisville (including other Heine Bros locations.) I stopped by this location in the morning when dropping my car off and later that afternoon after picking it up. Both times my order was wrong (this has never happened to me before) and both times the expresso was pulled way too long and had a burned bitter taste. The wrap I got in the morning was also burned black in the middle. This location also just has a very sterile feel to it.

Overall not a great experience, will be sticking to the Heine Bros on...
