I recently Ordered subs online and made the mistake of choosing Manahawkin instead of Barnegat, I called as soon as I realized my mistake and was told, no problem, we will credit back your account. I went ahead and ordered from the Barnegat location. I checked. My account the next day and I was charged but not credited for my order. I called the location and spoke to the Manager, she told me she would credit my account but to be careful how I order in the future. I said thank you and waited to see if my account was credited, that was over two weeks ago and still no credit. The Barnegat location said that it happens all the time and they always credited the customer back and the staff ate the subs that were ordered by mistake. I was told by two people that I would get a credit and it did not happen. If they were not going to give me my money back they should have said that up front and I would have driven over to pick them up. Now I will not be ordering from Jersey Mikes at all in the future due to this issue. It is not the money but the principle. Very poor...

Let me say, I love jersey mikes and frequent them often. I was in line today, albeit during the lunch rush and had to leave after what i saw happen. The bigger guy who was preparing the sandwiches had sweat dripping off his face and nose onto the sandwiches and prep area he was working on. I personally saw his sweat land on 4 or 5 peoples sandwiches and nobody batted an eye...No one seemed to notice it but me, but that is not acceptable. Maybe turn up the a/c, or offer him a cloth or something, but something needs to be done... again i say this only so thenproblem can...

Calling in a panic in the middle of my shift at my restaurant when I realized my wallet was misplaced they reaasured me they had it and I could pick up tonight or tomorrow. As a real WOW a common friend employed at my restaurant knows a Jersey Mikes employee named Emily there and after texting her the story about my wallet, off the clock, she returned the wallet to my restaurant tonight free delivery serviced.
