Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Stafford Township

After going home after my girlfriend went to work, I decided to bring home some dinner for my Mom, who loves her Chipotle. In my town, the one we usually order from is "eh" so to speak, there usually is complications/lack of anything spectacular. However, this is where Chipotle in Manahawkin comes in. I walked in and it was a very nice, clean atmosphere. Got up to the counter and was welcomed in very nicely, I felt super comfortable. I instantly noticed the bar with the meat/toppings/ etc., was absolutely immaculate. The food looked so well maintained, and honestly more tasty looking than my local store. I want to mention too, Madison was very friendly and easy to talk to, super proficient customer service. When I got home, the food was amazing. My Mom constantly complimented how delicious it was and how much flavor it had. I greatly enjoyed my dinner as well.

Went in for the first time in months on a kid free day off. Mobile app wasn’t working so I had no choice but to go in and didn’t realize the menu changed and you weren’t allowed to order an item inside. The manager allowed it, the cashier lectured me on how if it was busy this wouldn’t be happening for me as the customer and the manager sat in the distance letting me be talked to even though I explained several times that the app wasn’t working. The girl working food was clearly new and not being helped enough and seemed lost in the situation and was now shown how to treat customers poorly. No apology on the app inconvenience, no priority as the consumer, I didn’t even want the whole meal I was so upset with the service so I paid full price for something that wasn’t even worth it. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m a family of 6 who used to eat chipotle routinely, we will not be putting our money into this business...

This was the best chipotle I have ever been to in my life. I have celiac disease and I get very sick from cross contamination. I usually am embarrassed to say anything because workers at chipotle usually get annoyed, so I try to just ask them kindly to change their gloves because of my allergy to the flour tortillas (i'll get sick if they make a burrito and then touch the cheese to put on my bowl). Not only did the girl making my bowl change her gloves, she washed her hands, got a new spoon for my rice AND chicken, and brought out a NEW cheese from the refrigerator to take from that hasn't been touched. I have never had someone go so above and beyond, and take my allergy so seriously (as it should be). Every chipotle should have this standard. Not to mention, it tasted amazing.
