Popped in for their Grand Opening today! The line was to the door, however, this team was making coffees and drinks faster than I can type the word ācoffeeā.
We ordered the Mexican Mocha Coffee which had vanilla, almond and cinnamon flavor ā tasted so refreshing and it wasnāt overwhelmingly sweet. We also tried the Mai Tai Energy Drink and it was sweet and icy. Next time we would order it with less sugar. The chocolate muffin was decadent and fell apart as you ate it. The plain bagel with cream cheese was exactly what you would expect. They have a secret menu with a ton of energy drink options ā see picture attached and youāre welcome!
The vibe is industrial with cool chandelier lighting, two dining style tables with chairs and several high top tables with stools. On a slower day, the seating is comfortable enough to do some remote work.
They have Grand Opening promotions going on this weekend so make sure to stop by for your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGave out a bunch of promotional cards first few days of opening to try every drink at 2 dollars.
I went the first time with the card they did the $2 drink. Each time after when I tried to try something new I always ended up paying 3-5 dollars, for a small (after a I showed them the card).
Today they mentioned that the promotion was wrong and it was $2 off a drink. You would think a franchise or established company would know how to correctly promote or not make a mistake on such a scale and if it was wrong why give it to me the first time and why not try and honor a promotion they make a mistake onā¦
Just felt cheated especially after paying more than what I thought I was a few times (kinda my fault should have asked before paying)
But as the place goes drinks are mid, service is little better than normal but they push the heāll out of the app kind of annoying.
Been inside once not really made for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe coffee here is pretty average. Considering the location ā with so many luxury apartments within walking distance ā it feels like a missed opportunity not to make this more of a coffee shop destination where people could meet up or work for a while. Instead, the atmosphere seems designed to get you in and out quickly.
The music is extremely loud, and the seating isnāt very inviting for anyone who wants to stay and use the Wi-Fi. You occasionally see people try, but most leave within 30 minutes. The shop can fit maybe 12ā15 people, but the volume almost feels intentionally unwelcoming.
The coffee itself isnāt strong enough for me to skip my usual Starbucks or Chick-fil-A when Iām just looking for something simple on the go (yes there are better coffee shops, but just not in this area. We all know that only residents on Highway 6 and beyond get the...
