Waffle House — Restaurant in Stafford

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It has been a while since we've been here due to The covid-19 pandemic. But OMG it was so worth the wait. I have to hand it to our waitress who made it all worthwhile whose name is DD or DeeDee. She was so nice friendly courteous and prompt when she took our order everything was perfect as ALWAYS. Deedee was just so welcoming, courteous, and friendly which always makes your dining in meal pleasurable. My grandson had the All-Star breakfast my oldest son Miguel Carranza also had the All-Star breakfast and my littlest son Andi Carranza had his favorite that he always orders which is a breakfast bowl with bacon and sausage, and I had the🥩 T-bone steak 🍳eggs laaaaawwwwd have mercy everything was cooked to perfection by the cook Which wish I would have gotten his name. Let me just tell you he was rocking that Grill they had several calling orders but that didn't slow him down at all I was kind of concerned because they had so many orders but the time wait was very minimal actually I was surprised on how fast he got the orders out due to the fact that they had several call-in orders. And there was another waitress there who I didn't get her name either but she was so helpful and friendly as soon as we walked in we were greeted by her. Let me just tell you that it was only them three working but they put the capital T in TEAMWORK I just want to say thank you to The Waffle House and Waffle House staff on West Airport and 59 for such great experience as Always a pleasure eating there the only minus that I have is that I think they are too small I know if the place was bigger they would always be rocking and rolling because they are always rocking and rolling kudos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ here's a couple of pictures to get you tempted this morning sorry...

Walked in to the restaurant and sat down in a booth as we waited for someone to approach us with a menu or get our order but no one ever came. We waited patiently as it was a busy day. Saw 2 groups of families arrive both parties were approached and given their drinks. So we politely got the attention of a young man working in the grill area and asked if someone could take our order. We clearly saw the young man speak to another employee and that employee just ignored it grabbing a mop bucket and started mopping. So we continued to wait and observe if anyone was actually going to come to our table. To our surprise we saw not only the 2 parties that went in after us but yet another family walk in and had someone go to their table and take their orders while no one ever came to our table. I was shocked by it and could not believe my eyes!! The young man once again tried to communicate with another coworker and nothing. We simply got up and began to walk out literally walking passed the mopping employee and no one bothered to ask if they could help us or say sorry we will be right with u. Nothing at all!! Never have I experienced something like that and it was so disappointing and humiliating to be ignored by the entire staff. Except for that young man who tried telling his coworkers something and yet they did nothing. Seems unbelievable but unfortunately it happened and I wish I knew why? We were on our way home as we were visiting family and I had been wanting to eat at The Waffle House for so long. This was the worst service in experience I’ve ever had at any waffle house when I first walked through the door. The atmosphere was not pleasant at all, as I requested to speak with a manager, as I was placing my order to make sure that the order was properly done. A lady bought the name of Mary approached me very rude and very dry when I told her the reason why I was Requesting her she tells me oh, you could’ve just told them they would’ve told me first of all how professional is that if I’m speaking to you to make sure that my order comes out correctly as a manager, if I wanted to tell the waitress, I would’ve done so she is very rude. She is very unprofessional and then when I even received my order back, my toast had butter on it as I requested no butter The hashbrowns were flat. The whole order was terrible. The experience was terrible. They need to rethink that people that they have in position to manage their store as a waffle house branch she is definitely not a good look when I asked who was the store manager I was informed she was when I asked who was the general manager. I was informed they don’t know. Totally unacceptable. I will never visit this restaurant...
