I am making this long review because I feel like it should be noticed!! This happened before yesterday (March 13th around 7:30-7:45ish) I went there with my family to enjoy some time together. Suddenly a woman walks in with a chipotle bag in her hand and she starts yelling that she wanted a refund because there was a hair in her food. She asked for the manager and when the manager arrived, she tried calming the situation and offered a variety of solutions, explaining that she was not authorized to give a refund. (Which is the only thing the woman wanted) The woman lost her mind and started yelling and throwing a tantrum. Pointing at the managers face and threatening her! I was shook! She was insulting the whole crew and demanding to speak to the GM. The manager goes to the back and returns with the GM’s phone number. The woman immediately calls the number and puts the phone on speaker! Were all listening to her ramble about wanting the refund and the lady on the phone (who I suppose is the general manager) was refusing to give her the refund and was fighting back and forth on the phone! I honestly found this whole situation unnecessary for a $9 bowl. The woman was LIVID!! And she was yelling all types of nonsense! We had stopped eating and was just staring at this point. The woman then walks up to the register and sticks her hand in the tip jar, and takes all the money in there. She quickly walked out STILL yelling at the woman on the phone. I felt soooo bad for the chipotle crew. Read moreI stopped by today to pick up lunch for me and my son They finished prepping our food and I get to the register. The manager wants to walk up and start charging me for my food when I asked for the drink for the kids. When i told her i had a bowl and kids meal She started getting attitude saying I shouldn’t be on the phone. Keep in mind, she was not even helping she just walked up and picked up where another cashier left off at she messed up and when I corrected her about my order, she got really upset walked away and told another worker to come help me because she wasn’t going to deal with me when I asked the new cashier. what was her name, the manager wants to respond her name is Jackie really loud and rude And i asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. Basically for a manager, she has very rude and lacks customer service and possibly management skills because as a manager of a restaurant, you don’t speak with customers that way she just came off very rude when i addressed the issue I did not have an attitude and everyone was just looking around. I was so embarrassed how this situation was handled. I ordered two bowls on Uber Eats. Mine was made with the wrong salsa which I can’t eat so I reported it via Uber Eats and ordered another one.
The second one arrived and was also wrong in the same way as the first.
I triple checked my order both times, someone is just making them wrong and using the hot salsa instead of the mild pico.
Now it’s been almost two hours and I still have no edible dinner, and am stuck in a meeting hungry.
I tried calling the store to ask them to resolve this. The first call the automated system sent me to a non local call center even though I asked to speak with staff repeatedly. They couldn’t transfer me to the store or do anything so I had to call back again. Said I had a pickup order issue and finally got sent through to the store. After ringing for a while an automated voice asked for a “remote access code” which I obviously don’t have, so I said I don’t have one and asked for help. Then it hung up on me.
So yeah. Two hours later, no food and they keep making the same mistake repeatedly so reordering a third time isn’t an option, and I can’t speak to a human at the store to ask what is going on or...
