Service was impolite from the start, employee was on her phone when I arrived. To be honest, that’s not a big deal to me since no one else was in the store, but the lady seemed agitated when she came to take my order. While she was making my sandwich, I thought I noticed something on the cheese but I didn’t say anything because honestly, my eyesight is not good. She looked at me, but I thought, “no way, there’s nothing on there. No one would do that.” I get to my car and check - just in case - lo and behold, there is something fuzzy on my sandwich. It’s not mold or hair but it looks like just a random ball of debris that has lots of strands like hair. Doesn’t really matter what it was. I did not eat the sandwich, but went to my class since I was running behind. When I came back, the same lady was there and saw I had an issue. She inspected the sandwich and said she saw nothing. So I told her, I wouldn’t bring back a sandwich I bought when I was HUNGRY if there was no issue. Then SHE got an attitude with ME. I was not rude to this lady, but didn’t receive proper service. And then you want to get annoyed? Really poor experience overall. I was granted a refund - thank you. However, she was very impolite and couldn’t even muster a “sorry for the inconvenience.” She said, “I don’t see anything but I’ll give a refund anyway.” Luckily, I took a photo (after the sandwich had melted a bit, unfortunately, so the photo is not great). Everything about my visit was great - the atmosphere was relaxed, super clean inside and the employees were very helpful. I happened to come in one night where there was an all-female crew and they absolutely killed it! Friendly, fast and just overall great energy. Shouts out to the manager, Emyly, she made sure everything was running smoothly and that everyone was taken care of. Also fun fact, when they say “Mikes Way” they mean: onion, lettuce, tomato, vinegar, oil, oregano and salt. I thought they were getting smart with me LOL, but they were just letting me know that’s the signature name for it, which made my sandwich even better than expected! Definitely coming back again for that #17 which is Chicken Philly and #7 Turkey...

Horrible experience at this location. Can you believe they actually didn’t have LETTUCE?! One of the main staples of the sandwich. I came in at 8:35 well before closing time and was served horribly along with six other patrons. I asked if they had lettuce and the girl answered no, not even in the back. Everytime another customer came in through the door you can feel the eyes rolling. Slinging the bread, slapping the cheese, just as we are bothering them from closing. The staff then admitted once I left that they had lettuce but that was already prepped for tomorrow, so why would I pay $25 for two subs That is just bread meat and cheese I will never go back again to...
