Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Stafford

Never ever have I had it but I terrible experience at one of the location. I have ordered Aslan ham and cheese with mayonnaise and lettuce at this location before and everything the location around Houston at the suburbs that I’ve ever gone too. Today the gentleman said I could not do that that I had to buy the other sandwich that came with lettuce and tomatoes although it is for my six-year-old. I let them know I have always ordered it like this (4years now for my son)and no one has ever given me a problem ... He tells me to drive to the window and before I could drive off a lady comes over the intercom stating that she just simply is not going to do it. I asked her reasoning and she said I have to order the one that has lettuce and tomatoes even if I just want lettuce..... so wanting me to pay $1.15 more for LETTUCE... she was very argumentative and could not give me a solid reason as to why she would not do it when no other location has said anything to me about it-simply took my order and it made my sandwich perfect for my child . She made sure to be let it known that she was a general manager so it seems like this lady is a huge power trip arguing with a frequent customer over LETTUCE . Her power trip was so worth it to her that she just lost a whole large family of customers now . If you go to my profile you can see that I left a raving review for the Jimmy John’s location on 1960 where I had an amazing experience. Literally every other location I have gone to has been good. That one was great and this one was terrible ....It did teach my six-year-old about Customer Service and about how some people are lacking completely and should never be promoted!!! I own 2 companies and I would NEVER allow my managers to start an argument or treat...

I love Jimmy John's. However, the customer service at this location could be better. They close at 9 PM on Saturdays. I walked in at 8:30 PM and the guy behind the counter starts cleaning up for the evening put the meat away. I waited for a few minutes and then I asked if they are closed. He said, "No", as he continued to clean up. I replied, "Well can you take my order because I am standing here." The guy responded, "Well, I cleaning up."

I looked at him because he was the only one available to take orders in the store. The other guy was busy with the drive thru. He slowly removes his gloves and with a pout walks over to take my order. He takes my order. As I am paying with my card, his co-worker said something to him in a low voice that was not audible to me. The young responds audibly, "I am irritated/frustrated because I want to go home. He the turns to me and in a respectful tone, his discourse with me was never disrespectful, ask me what I wanted to drink because the soda fountain in the dinning area was in the process of being cleaned.

They made the sandwiches I ordered and the food was well made; everything was fresh. It was just the initially beginning ignored. I thought to myself on my drive home, "maybe he was just giving me time to read the menu..." I am not sure. We all have bad days at work. I am not holding it against him. I will return...

I'm in their store now) I came to this location a couple of months back. Mind you ,I live about 15 mins away. I came through the drive-thur and ordered my combo meal. The Caucasian guy, kinda tall and slim at the drive thru gave me my soda, dripping all on the side,and lid halfway on. I had to ask for napkins to wipe my cup #1. So, I get home and pull my sandwich out and my bread is hard as hell. At this point I'm livid. I called the store and made a complaint because I'm hungry but I'm not driving all the way back. It deprived me of my sandwich experience. I had to take the bottom bread off...... Like what???? They tried to feed me some lied but I want going for it and told them I was writing a review. The caucasian guy called back and apologized. He said they were going to replace my sandwich. I said okay, no problem. I get to the store today because I was one this side of town. I explained to the African American what happened. So he said give me a minute, he was working the dry the by himself. No one else was in the front to help. Later one guy came to help him. I waited 25-30 minutes to get my sandwich.....Horrible...
