Kung Fu Tea (Stafford) — Restaurant in Stafford

While enjoying a flavorful lunch at Al Basha, I walked over to this counter for my first try of a Kung Fu Tea. I had never been to any of these new popular, trendy boba tea joints, so I wasn’t sure what to order. The kid working the counter wasn’t much help with suggestions, but he did fill me in on how something was made. I simply opted for a basic honey black tea, which he promptly made. That was very tasty! I’m now hooked and can see returning for more of this tea. I didn’t get any toppings as none of that seems appealing to me… who knows, maybe I’ll try something different next time, with toppings though.

Walked in around lunch time , stood at counter for at least 5 minutes (no greeting ) Blonde haired lady looked at me at least 3 times while she making other drinks then says oh we are not taking orders right now , I said okay and walked out ( mind you she was making others orders) I ordered my drink off Uber eats app and drove off for about 10 minutes when I came back she was taking someone else order. NOW , there very well could’ve been a reason why she couldn’t take my order at that time .. but the least you can do is greet your customers , and let me know you couldn’t take my order instead of having me stand there . The drinks from what I can tell are pretty good , I’ve only gotten stuff from there twice BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS COULD...

The tea is very good but the service is hit and miss unfortunately. Love that customers have the option to control sugar levels in the tea, and you won’t have a problem if you are ordering simple beverages with few customizations. For some reason this store doesn’t seem to offer some toppings or they just forget to add them, so beware if you are using the mobile app to order. Ordered a bubble tea with a milk cap one time and either it was shaken into the tea or I just didn’t receive it. Ordered a milk cap again later to see if the last time was a fluke and the same thing happened. Previously I have ordered specialty drinks that are supposed to come with their own toppings and received just the tea. ...
