UPDATE:: twice now we have gotten severely undercooked cookies from this place. Both times people in my family threw up, first time I thought it was a fluke so that's why we gave them another chance. By all means, if you'd like to get sick eat cookies from here. I think they are massively overHyped, while a few flavors are really good, I can make just as good of cookies at home.

This place is weird, the cookies are either amazing or awful and nowhere in between. Went a while back and had a cornbread/honey butter one--BEST cookie I've had in my life. Today I figured I would try a classic chocolate chip, because how can you screw that up? Well, it was awful. I mean, the dough didn't taste like chocolate chip cookie dough, and the chocolate had no flavor. Also tried the snickerdoodle, and that was fantastic. Makes me cautious to try again though with how bad the classic...

I usually come over here quite a bit and spend a good amount. But after today I'll be reconsidering coming here at all. I had my husband come and pick up the cookies and it was his first ever time coming to the store. He wasn't greeted, the guy ignored his presence and only walked up to the cookies and mumbled the pick up name to where my husband had to clarify and he mumbled again. Frosting was all over one side of the box getting his car dirty and my husband wasn't warned at all.

I wish there was an option to take away tip cause clearly this specific worker sucks and shouldn't be working a customer related job. Which sucks cause I generally have great workers earlier in the day and I'd rather not take the chance to award a poor performer.

I like the idea and the Stafford location. I don’t recommend them for this reason. The serving size for an individual cookie is too big. When I want to get the smaller ones I have to make an order of 50 minimum. The cookies are half way cooked. I know when the lady alley cooks them they come out great because it’s cooked. If alley isn’t working I’m not showing up to that place. Again I like the concept but over all product is trash.
