Update 4/12/24: Dropped to 1 star. I have a Marcos account, have had one for years even after they moved over to the newer TERRIBLE interface. Made an order today and my unit number was wiped somehow. Not on me, that’s their janky software that I’ve mentioned in multiple customer surveys. Anyway I missed the call from the delivery person (I happened to be on a super important call and couldn’t click over) however I opened the gate as I assumed was the purpose of the call, as usual. After a while I noticed my pizza said delivered yet I had not received delivery. I called the location to inquire and the girl who answered had a bit of an attitude about the driver calling me for my unit number multiple times. Well that’s not on me that YOUR software deleted it. Common sense would dictate to TEXT if you call and get no answer. You don’t know what I’m doing. I’m officially done with this location. They often forget the pizza toppings I add anyway. Pizza costs too much money to have terrible software and employees with attitude problems.
Update 12/22/21: Gave them a try again today because I didn't feel like driving to my new pizza spot and they're back! Today it was hot, proper amount of toppings, my crust toppers made it on to all the pizzas, and it just tasted so good, like it used to. So I've added back a star!
I've been eating here for years but no longer. They used to put out some really great pizza but the last 4 times I've ordered they've been off their game. The last time I ordered was the final straw. Hardly any toppings on the pizzas, crust was hard to chew and didn't have the crust add-ons I ordered. We ended up throwing some away because nobody wanted it and as a family of four we almost never throw out food, especially not pizza. I'm so disappointed because this place was really my spot. I’ve been routed to different people and given the runaround and just being told someone will call me back or there’s nothing they can do. This is a nightmare, never have I had this much difficulty with a refund. They also tagged my receipt in their system as refunded and claim they did and told me it was my bank. Called my bank and there is nothing on hold or any issues ever with a refund and don’t show anything was pending or processing. Only a single transaction when they took the money. At least offer to give me the pizza since you didn’t bother to refund me the money. Instead I got tagged and told there’s nothing anyone can do. UPDATE: Still have not received my refund after reaching out to the store and customer service. No response or help from anyone. Basically took my money, never fulfilled my order and never heard from anyone ever. Yall good luck with this place and overall business. Take your money and then ghost you.
Arrived at the time I was told our pizza would be ready which was 9:09 pm. It’s 9:55 pm now and was told they are still working on our order. They were short staffed. Why not adjust the estimated time, notify customers so we are not waiting for an hour and given excuses why it’s not ready. Why receive so many orders and you don’t have the staff to be able to fulfill orders.
Update: 10:15 pm, had to ask for a refund because they only had 2 of 4 pizzas ready. They had to remake 2 pizzas because they don’t know what happened. The manager was told about the refund all he said was ok. Did not even bother to apologize. There was one employee yelling the entire time telling people to get off their phones. I placed an order at 9:15 pm they stop accepting t delivery orders PER THE APP at 9:30 pm DAISY called promptly at 9:16 pm and cancelled my order stating they don’t deliver that late. That was a Wednesday. By Sunday my refund still hadnt been issued. I called the store and again I spoke with daisy the “manager” she refused to issue the refund and said I newd to speak with the general manager (who doesn’t work normal hours and doesn’t have a number we can call) I asked for the email and she gave me a fake one. I called back again on Monday and spoke with the manager Lisette who said she doesn’t know what the issue is after i repeatedly told her that my order was cancelled. She refused to give me any further information about the general manager and reminded me again she doesn’t know what the issue is. At this point I have only a bogus email and a name of “Bayno Dannish” who is entirely unreachable.
