the guy seemed to have difficulty understanding me on the phone, i wanted 2 sandwiches but i wanted to put it on 2 separate cards (i was ordering for me and my buddy) he told me half way through the order he couldnt figure it out i told him what i wanted to do but it was just waaaay too complicated for him i guess. he told me he messed up and he didnt know how to make the food (i don't know what thats supposed to mean) but is said "uh... ok..." and when i was trying to figure out how we were going to proceed he hung up on me. i had already given him the information for 1 card and the address so i wanted to be sure he wasnt sending the food out as he couldn't handle my seemingly complicated order. i tried to call back several times to make sure he wasn't making and sending half the order but the guy kept picking up the phone and hanging up on me. they essentially told me they couldn't make my order work because they were incompetent. when i finally was able to get back in touch with them after calling about 8 times and getting hung up on the guy told me "im sorry we are very busy" as if thats any excuse to deliberately hang up...

There was no way to rectify issue in app and when I called the phone number, no one answered. The next day or kept ringing and went straight to a fax machine. The next day when I called in morning, they answered and said there was no manager in store until 5. Why isn't a manager there at all times? I called at 5 and manager was out that day. I called next and manager answered. He offered me a free pizza but warned me that he wouldn't pay for anything else. He seemed rude and abrupt. Read moreThe service was horrendous. They treated me like animal after i asked for the corporate number to complain. They did not give it to me and I went home with my food. By the time that i got home with my food. They shorted me on everything i ordered and there was a bug in the box of my chicken wings. I lost my entire appetite and through out the food. Lost my who entire $33 order over poor service and cleanliness of the restaurant. As I was sitting there waiting for my order. The entire staff was careless. Boxes would fall and when I mentioned they should throw it out. They just looked at me crazy. The whole entire staff should be terminated because I do not think that’s a great team.
