Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stamford

Customer Service was the worst I've experienced, from the MOD to the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful. You ask questions, and they do not respond or respond rudely. I do not recommend this location which is literally 3 mins drive from home. THE hashbrown, which are usually my favorite tasted like they are kept in a steamer, so they were hard as heck disgusting and definitely a practice that needs to be eliminated and made fresh like all the other locations. I went two days in a row and the customer service was worse today then yesterday and Bibi the person who gave me my order fit right in with the rest of the unpleasant staff. The Dunkin’ Donuts the the ShopRite plaza in west main is horrible I went in at 3 pm on February 13 to get a coffee and some other thing I didn’t even order because the girl working the she looks young with a hijab completely ignored us I said hi twice thing she was going to take my order since she is the only one there she walked away twice. Walked in at around 10AM and everyone was just standing around with no clear direction as to where the line started and ended. This place has an odd flow due to the fact that they make you go closer to the door to pick up your order instead of further down into the store. After we sat down at what I might add was a very sticky table and chairs, more people had piled in and because of where the pickup counter is, they were crowding and blocking the door.
