BUYER BEWARE: Membership scam - they won’t cancel your membership even after you put your request in writing and email.
I got a 1-month promo price in February which allowed me unlimited car washes for one month and that I could cancel if I emailed them by early March which I did. I received a reply confirming they had processed the cancellation of my membership as per my request. However, they made a point of trying to persuade me with better pricing
“However, we wanted to take this opportunity to inform you about a new, more cost-effective option available to you. We are delighted to offer you a better deal that will significantly reduce your monthly payment to $21.99 plus taxes.
If this revised offer interests you, please don't hesitate to email me back, and we will ensure the necessary arrangements are made promptly.
Thank you for your continued support and membership with us. We value your patronage and hope to continue serving you in the future.

I wasn’t interested so I didn’t reply. However, two days later, there was a new charge on my credit card bill for two months membership! I emailed them back and courteously asked again to reverse the charges as per my March 7 email request to cancel. No response. So I emailed once more on March 12. Still no reply. I even tried calling them, but nobody ever picks up at that number. I was going to go in person because I was fuming with frustration after a week of trying to terminate the charges. Then I decided it was best to let my credit card handle it so they did and the outcome went in my favor. However, on April 7, I was hit again with another two months of membership charges so I had to call my credit card company back to start the whole process all over again. This time, they’re sending me a whole new card so that this cannot happen again.
I can’t tell you how shady this business tactic is of theirs and I would not recommend that anybody sign up for their monthly membership because it’s a scam -you sign up for the service but you can’t get out of it to the point where you have to cancel your credit card and be issued a whole new one.
Refusing to pick up the phone or continue the email conversation is an unacceptable business practice. It just helps them to foil your attempts to try settling the matter. They hope you will give up and forget...

Now I see this month a recurring charge for monthly subscription that I did not agree to. Person I called and spoke to said that it says on the receipt I was given that it’s a subscription. So they don’t verbally tell people that they are swiping their card for a subscription. After they’ve charged you for it they hand you a receipt for the charge, a receipt that says in small print that the card will continue being charged in the months to follow for a subscription. This is completely scammy! What kind of business intentionally avoids explaining to customers the terms of what they are being offered and then hands it to them is small writing to cover their own butts afterward? Of course no one wants to sign up for a subscription so they make it a point not to tell you. I was not told the first month was half price and my receipt did not indicate the price would double. In trying to cancel the membership, customer service refused to address questions about why the cost doubled or if I could get a refund. Received just very curt and terse responses. Was told the membership was cancelled, however was charged again the next month. Again tried to get the charge refunded and membership cancelled and customer service was unwilling to respond other than to say "i cancelled it" without addressing the charge. I had to file a claim with my credit card company to get the charge reversed. By the looks of other reviews, I am not the only one who this has happened to.
