I like the ice cream a lot. I recently ordered a cake for my sons birthday and when I asked the girl helping me she said she could draw a basketball. When I picked it up I was shocked. It looked nothing like a basketball. I mentioned something to the owner and he was not very nice. He told me they are not supposed to draw anything. I said well how was I supposed to know that…. your employee told me otherwise. He was like do you want me to scrape the cake down?! I said no. I left with the cake. I think I could have lived with the poorly drawn basketball and wouldn’t have written a review but what’s worse was the owners attitude. He should have offered me something or even just been more apologetic. That was more of a turn off than anything. Speaks volumes about how he thinks about his customers. Employees were very nice, however, the manager seemed to have an issue with everything and everyone. Only real complaint here is about the people in charge and how they need to change up their attitude before they have no customers/employees left.
