Reddi Rooster — Restaurant in Stamford

Yum! Was on my way home from a quick day trip. Wanted something fast but not fast food and something I couldn't get back home. Let me tell you I got the point of chicken and mac n cheese bites. Delicious! Much better quality than chicken I would of got from fast food. This was also very quick turn around time anyways! It forced me to get out even for a second to stretch my legs to run in and grab it. Worth it. Step outside of your vehicles that's all I gotta say but anyways food was scrumptious their sauces were phenomenal as well. I took one star away because when I ordered I selected mac bites and French fries but they didn't give me the fries. Bummed sure. Make it so I won't return ? No way. Count me a returning customer I'm eager to try some more things. Oh! Prices cost me 22 bucks and came with a drink. Come on!!!! You pay that for a burger at a fast food chain and then sometimes they forget to put the dang burger on!!!!!! Plus i have leftovers! This place is a win. They even have benches you can sit outside and enjoy your meal. Not to mention ice cream next door. One stop shop get ya chicken while...

This place is terrible. I tried to give it more than one chance but they honestly don’t deserve any clientele. They are rude. They mess up orders more than get the orders right. The times I tried to tell them about my messed up orders, they were combative everytime, as if it was my fault and not theirs. Many times I would order extra sauce, which you have to pay for by the way, I would also put it in the delivery notes and yet still somehow the sauce I paid extra for would still be missing. Honestly this place is a copy of this place I know and love called Chicken Joe’s. The only reason I started going to reddi rooster is that the one in New Rochelle where I grew up was closer to me, now that I’m in CT reddi is closer than the Chicken Joe’s in CT to me but I’ll drive a little further for great service, respect and ALWAYS on point food. I’ve been going to chicken Joe’s since I was in highschool, you want great quality food and amazing service…go there. In my years of going there I have never had one...

Left pretty upset. First time going, and will be my last. Went with a friend, was in line when another customer went to reach for a drink from the soda cooler behind me. The worker asked my friend what he wanted, which he got chicken and fries. Then the guy looked and asked for the next customers order. I asked for the same thing. He gave me a weird look, then I realized he was talking to the guy who grabbed the drink. I said sorry and backed up. My friend payed and then the other guy, then asked me to pay, which because I didn't know he even took my order asked if I could get sweet potato fries instead, he then said there was nothing he could do the order was already in the fryer. I should of just canceled because I don't usually don't eat regular fries, but my friend payed, cause we just wanted to get out of there at that point. Very bad customer...
