SoBoL Stamford — Restaurant in Stamford

I have door dashed from this location twice, both times they got my order wrong. I do not like coconut on my bowl, so I clicked the “no coconut” option. However, I received coconut. The second time I ordered, I clicked I have a coconut allergy, assuming that they wouldn’t put coconut on my bowl. However, to my surprise, there was coconut on the bowl I received. The staff here is clearly illiterate considering in big bold letter the bag said “coconut allergy” and they still put coconut on the bowl. Shame on you for not learning how to read the orders before...

Hours online and on the door say 8am to 8pm but when I arrived at 8:30am, the lights were off and the door was locked. There were several other customers also confused, as well as as a food delivery driver who was trying to pick up an online order that was placed, despite the place clearly being closed.

I typically love this place and their açaí bowls so was disappointed by the experience. Tried to send them an Instagram message but they have DM requests turned off & couldn’t get through to anyone...

I came in this morning (my first time trying Sobol) and I wasn't sure what to get. The girl who took my order was so patient and kind - she even gave me a suggestion to try her favorite bowl! The bowl was delicious and she was so professional. I really wanted to tip her but I had no cash. I wish there was an option to tip electronically like most other places have.
