If I could give zero stars, I would. My recent experience at Lucy’s Pizza was the last straw, and it’s time someone calls them out for what they’ve been doing to customers for years—serving subpar food with a side of rudeness and complete disregard for quality. On Tuesday night, I placed a simple order: • A half-chicken, half-bacon pizza, cut into squares • Chicken nuggets • A chicken Caesar salad What I received was an insult. They sent me what looked like leftover pizza with random pieces of chicken and bacon thrown on top, not cut into squares, not even resembling what I ordered. The so-called “Caesar salad” was just a garden salad, topped with undercooked grilled chicken, and they didn’t even bother with Caesar dressing, just a packet of Italian. And the nuggets? Stale, rubbery, and clearly past their prime. This isn’t just about one bad order. Lucy’s has been rude, dismissive, and unsettling to customers for years, and their food reflects their lack of pride. Connecticut is becoming the pizza capital of the country, known for its high standards and legendary pies, and Lucy’s doesn’t even come close to meeting those standards. They are giving Stamford a bad name. To anyone considering ordering from Lucy’s Pizza, don’t waste your time or money. The food is careless, the service is worse, their store is a nasty excuse for a restaurant and they’ve made it clear they don’t value their customers. Enough is enough. Stamford deserves better.

We ordered a large half plain half pepperoni pizza that was perfectly cooked and fantastic also we ordered buffalo wings they had a great presentation and they were fresh and delicious. On top of that they were open on Christmas. Beautiful thing…:) godspeed to all in good health. 🥂🥂

OG Pizza. Top tier. Great service. Fast. Valid. Delicious. 15/10. Best pizza/sandwiches in town. Never disappoints. A must try.

Guess this place is headed downhill recent reviews don't look so hot. Was in a hurry to place an order for my company. Order was placed at 11:30 because delivery window showed 12:08-12:25 delivery. Our lunch is 12:30 -1:00. Figured even on the later end it would be here on time. It arrived at 1:05 after and update said it would arrive at 12:44.

When it showed up the order was wrong. The driver insisted it was right. After several minutes of arguing while showing him the receipt of what I ordered he wanted to show me his copy of what was orded. It matched what i said and only proved I was right. I orded 2 cheese pizzas, 1 veggie, 2 meat. they delivered 3 meat, 1 veggie, no plain. They delivered after 1:00, it was ordered at 11:30. My employees have no plain pizza, there was supposed to be mostly 'pork-free' pizzza, now the majority of the pizza has pork on it. WE have no plain pizza which is the most common choice in our company. They only offered to refund for 1 missing pizza even though 2 pizzas were wrong. They forced us to take an extra meat pizza.

Terrible service, had to escalate things through the 'Slice' app which you are sent to by their website. I understand they don't want to loose money but if you screw up you have to take a hit, thats the cost of doing business. Sometimes you make mistakes and you have to take a loss. Except these guys want to say sometimes mistakes happen, tough luck for you, we already have your money. Buyer beware, don't pay for anything in advance from this company. they take no pride in their service, they just need your money.

On top of that, i had to check to see which 4 pies they gave us because we ordered 5, the pies didn't even look that great. The product from Lucy's and the service from Slice (method provided by Lucy's) not great. Bad product, bad service, bad delivery service. The guy insisting that I was wrong when I immediately told him that I ordered 5 pies not 4. When I looked at him and said that I am absolutely certain that I ordered 5 pies, and he just continued on that I was wrong. I presented the receipt that shows 5 pies, and he continued on that I was wrong. Not sure who is worse Lucy's or Slice. $130 down the drain on cold subpar pizza that showed up late and isn't even what i ordered, from a pizza shop that doesn't want to make things right.

I grew up with pizza places that if you pointed out a mistake they were very apologetic and rushed to correct it. NOT THIS PLACE.

FIRST TIME, LAST TIME, NEVER AGAIN. If this is your go-to place good luck, if you're thinking about a new place...

I USED to love Lucy's but that was BEFOFE I expirenced the worst service everrrrr. I always usually order for delivery, the order takers and delivery drivers are usually always so respectful, but that changed when I decided I finally wanted to go inside to grab something before going home. It was around 10:30 and I wanted what I usually order which is a burger & a couple of slices. First of all I've never gotten denied food OR service anywhere, especially 30 minutes before closing. The people inside were so rude almost as if I owed them something for being in there. I asked for my usual burger but when I was denied it because it was too 'late', I was astonished because who closes 30 mins before the actual closing time?? I went & ordered something else because I understood these men were tired from working all day but then they started screaming at me for eating one of the slices on the counter! I was sooo shocked because I didn't think I was doing anything other than waiting for my food! They yelled & yelled until I finally left! I tried to ask for the owners and/or managers name but they rudely declined to give it out as if it were their social security number. NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN. Only name I was able to get was from someone named Robert which I doubt is his name. I'm sorry to the owners because they probably work hard but because of these workers I will never ever order again & I suggest you guys...
