Mi Ranchito Restaurant — Restaurant in Stamford

The "manager" of this place doesn't have the temperament to run a restaurant. Came here today for breakfast/brunch. The food was good, no problems there. But where it all changed and turned "sour" was with the service. Long story short, I found a plastic dispenser end of a bottle in my sour cream (used to dispense the sour cream onto my plate). How the cook didn't know/realize that this happened I'll never know. Maybe he didn't care? After telling the "manager" about my discovery and that I wanted another plate, she gave me a look as if I had 2 heads and then acted as if she was doing me a favor. Fast forward to the check, I noticed that there was no adjustment or comp to be found. As I made this known to the "manager" and requested one, she steadfastly declined and even became combative and defensive with me and my company. After reading some of the other reviews on here and Yelp, I'm not surprised about my horrible experience here. The lady who is taking peoples orders gave us the correct order but we didn’t like the taste of a drink so we asked if she can take them back after that she gave me and my family a whole lot of attitude, we tried to cancel are order of food but she said the food was already done so we said alright we’ll take it. The food was definitely tasteless, as my family talks about the food she comes up and says “if you don’t want your food leave it don’t worry about just get out and leave” we decided to stay and proceed to eat until she came up to our table and kick us out of course we didn’t want to have problems so we wanted to pay but she proceeds to kick us out!

I’ve been going to this restaurant MULTIPLE times and never had the problem I felt very disgusted about this...

Bad Customer service on the phone when placing orders. I called in with multiple items on an order that required 2 credit card payments and 1 cash payment on delivery. I made that clear in the beginning of my order. The lady said to give her the full order and then later tell her what portion was to be paid in what way. I proceeded with the order and then she collected one credit card payment. When I prompted to say the next card was to be used with this portion of the order she said she can not take another card, I asked why? She had no concrete reason, only that she was too busy, and then hung up on me. This is horrible service as the company I was ordering for has ordered...
