What I Ordered: Beef & Chicken Combo Over Rice Beef Chapli & Chips The Food: Beef & Chicken Combo Over Rice: This was the highlight of my meal. The beef and chicken were seasoned beautifully, with just the right balance of spices. Paired with the rice, it made for a hearty and flavorful dish. Definitely worth trying! Beef Chapli & Chips: I started with the chapli, and sadly, it didn’t impress me. The beef patty was overcooked, making it dry and lacking the juiciness you’d typically expect from a good chapli kebab. The chips were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The Ambiance: The interior was clean and inviting, with a simple yet pleasant setup. It’s clear they take pride in maintaining a neat environment.

I am a professional driver and a loyal customer of Shah’s Halal Food. I have eaten at many of your locations across the country and have always appreciated the consistent taste and quality.

However, today I had the most disappointing experience at your [insert location/address] branch. The food I received was the worst I’ve ever had from any Shah’s Halal location — the taste was bland, the smell was unpleasant, and the overall quality was extremely poor. Even the dining area had a bad odor, and the service was far below acceptable standards.

This kind of experience not only affects your customers but also damages the reputation of your entire brand. I strongly urge you to take immediate action — either improve this location drastically or consider shutting it down, as it does not reflect the quality associated with Shah’s Halal Food.

I've ordered here since it opened, across the street from work. The food is good, not great.

However, the last two times I ordered here, there were issues. First, missing item (let it go).

Second, I go to pick up my order, after the time promised, and it wasn't ready. After another five minutes, they brought it out. I said just hand it to me, I'm trying to catch my bus. He looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to put it in a bag.

I sent several emails to customer service, asking to email me back, do not call. The only email I received said - the owner called you, may have but didn't leave a message. Besides the fact that I asked for an email response.

So, make sure you check your order before leaving and arrive at least five minutes after it's supposed to be ready.
