I did not anticipate how busy this place would be. There are lots of people coming and going which keeps the atmosphere lively. The service remained excellent in the chaos with a collection of very efficient bar staff. The food was better than I anticipated when my friend suggested a bar for dinner. I had a burger to play it safe. I wouldn't have minded a heartier size but I was very impressed by the flavor. I also had a taste of my friends wings which I found to be quite savory. Even though it's a bar the food is very enjoyable and filling. After eating we stuck around for awhile to drink and socialize. I played darts even though I have bad aim and met people who offered throwing tips which made the night extra entertaining. Usually go to tierna twice a week,but this time was very different because I went in and sat down at the bar as I usually do,so my experience was horrible this time for my friend and I, so we went out for a few drinks so on 11/27 we were sitting at the bar and bartender was going around asking he’s regular customers if they need a drink but skip us from asking us,so I ordered our drinks and bartender never came back to checking on us to see if we need another drink so we decided to leave,so when we asked for the check he gave it to us very quickly like he was waiting for us to leave...Not good!!!!! Overall good experiences at this bar. Drink prices.... aren't the worst? It's pretty much your run of the mill Irish Pub. Trivia nights are fun. There is definitely a "bro" vibe that huddles over to the dart boards. Definitely a more mature scene than late night @ Bedford especially when they bring in live music, you normally notice that one person (male or female but definitely in their 40s) that's had way too much and is the only one in front dancing.
