First time here and Jose was my cashier , I ordered two things on the kiosk and was wondering the date on product for freshness , I see my extract was well over 5 months which I donāt prefer but it wasnāt too bad since I prefer this strain, I had another strain by the same brand in mind and wanted to see the package date to compare just in case and Jose made a big deal of going to the back and grabbing another product just to check the date for me , asked me multiple times if I was sure I didnāt need any other products to look at ,insinuating that he was annoyed with me for asking , he brought back both strains and did not say a word to me after the transaction other than what he had to for my debit card purchase , visibly annoyed, well the second one I asked for was a month older than the one I originally asked for⦠so obviously I just went with what I originally got because I know that strain and Jose was no help at all whatsoever ,when I enter a dispensary Iād expect my budtenders to have a bit more common sense and suggest maybe a product that is a bit fresher if thatās what Iām looking for , you know wouldnāt you maybe wanna make a sale and try to get your sales up for the month? I would have bought two because it was my first time and wouldnāt it be a good idea to suggest to utilize it on more since Iām already using it , Or could you maybe build a rep so maybe I could come back and or refer more because Jose actually helped? I decided that smiles and personalities do not make up for the fact there is SO much competition in the area, so there is now zero incentive for locals like myself to shop here. It was a good run, but I will take my business elsewhere, as this business does not reward loyalty in any way (point system stopped working on my account with no resolution over 6 months ago).
