It really saddens me to have to report such friendly service being subpar in order satisfaction. Twice in a row now, I asked to add sour cream to my burrito, and they didn't do it. Not only that, but I ordered a Diet Coke and they gave me a regular. AND I ordered the combo and they didn't give me any chips. AND I asked for creamy cilantro dressing and they gave me green salsa instead.
I really don't understand what is so challenging about paying attention to what the customer is ordering and then fulfilling that order--especially such a simple one. I really don't get what is so difficult about remembering to add sour cream.
I'm tired of getting home and seeing my order messed up. I know we all make mistakes, but these are repeated and sloppy mistakes. And it breaks my heart because, again, they are such friendly people working...

I had one of the worst experiences at this fast food restaurant today. From the moment I walked in, there was zero acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. The cashier had the worst attitude—no smile, no eye contact, and acted like I was bothering her by placing an order. When I said "thank you" after paying, she completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to respond. Instead, she was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers, completely disregarding the customers.

To top it off employee LOGAN , was rude while taking our order and while he was charging our card. He said he couldn’t hear us when we were yelling.
