El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Stanton

It really saddens me to have to report such friendly service being subpar in order satisfaction. Twice in a row now, I asked to add sour cream to my burrito, and they didn't do it. Not only that, but I ordered a Diet Coke and they gave me a regular. AND I ordered the combo and they didn't give me any chips. AND I asked for creamy cilantro dressing and they gave me green salsa instead.

I really don't understand what is so challenging about paying attention to what the customer is ordering and then fulfilling that order--especially such a simple one. I really don't get what is so difficult about remembering to add sour cream.

I'm tired of getting home and seeing my order messed up. I know we all make mistakes, but these are repeated and sloppy mistakes. And it breaks my heart because, again, they are such friendly people working...

Rude Service and No Basic Manners

I had one of the worst experiences at this fast food restaurant today. From the moment I walked in, there was zero acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. The cashier had the worst attitude—no smile, no eye contact, and acted like I was bothering her by placing an order. When I said "thank you" after paying, she completely ignored me and didn’t even bother to respond. Instead, she was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers, completely disregarding the customers.

The lack of basic customer service and common courtesy was shocking. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere where they actually value their customers. I won’t be...

I will start with the quality of the food because it was absolutely terrible. I ordered a fruit punch and it tasted like water. To top it off employee LOGAN , was rude while taking our order and while he was charging our card. He said he couldn’t hear us when we were yelling. That I understand I guess, BUT while we were paying he just was giving us the rudest tone. I feel like if you’re going to have a customer service job you should at least have patience with customers.
