Da Vien Coffee (Drive-thru) — Restaurant in Stanton

Congrats to Da Vien on their 3rd newest location! Iykyk, Da Vien is my #1 favorite coffee shop everrr, so when they announced their newest location, best believe I'm sprinting there.

Parking: Ignore parking in front of the shop bc it'll be difficult to leave since it's only one way (you'll have to exit through the drive thru). They're located alongside a large plaza with plenty of parking, so I'd suggest parking on that side instead.

Ambiance/Environment: This location is their first ever DRIVE THRU! Don't worry, you can still come in-person and order if you prefer that. The interior is so spacious compared to their other locations. I love the decor and how clean it is. Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor seating. Perfect for a study session, coffee date, & simple hangout.

Service: Everyone was sweet, quick & efficient! Throughput was quick after ordering.

Drinks: I've tried every drink from their menu. Their Vietnamese coffee is absolutely strong & creamy, and their foam is thiccckkk. When I want a Viet coffee, THIS is what I mean by Viet coffee. My go-to is the Egg Cream Coffee! I also love all their matcha drinks; tastes premium & sweet. When I want something refreshing, I usually get one of their iced teas or Coconut Matcha. Everything I drank:

4. Coconut Matcha
5. Banana Matcha Latte

Pricing: Decent prices for coffee $$. In this inflated economy, $5-7 is average price now. Of course, their coffee is worth it. Best believe I'll be...

Nice atmosphere. Coffee was alright. I only have 1 issue. We came there for their promotion. They opened at 9am so we got in line 8:15am. It was sunny with no shade. Apparently, they passed out tickets to the first 300 people and passed out vouchers to the people behind us. It was not announced that tickets were passed out. When the vouchers were passed out, we didn't receive one so the window of people before the people who got vouchers assumed we were safe! We'll, fast forward another 2 hours, we finally make it to the inside of the store. She asked us if we received a ticket. We did not. She told us to come back tomorrow at 5am because tickets will be passed out at 7am. HECK NO. Why were we not informed about the tickets when the people behind us received vouchers?? It really sucked for all the people in that window with us. None of us knew tickets were being passed out. Had i known, I would have left ages ago! I know it's all for business. Next time, be clear with all of us how you plan for this promotion to work as to not waste our time. Safe to say, I'm never coming back to Da Vien. I'm so disappointed...

Great coffee, but one issue really affects the experience

I really love the coffee here — the quality is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere is usually very cozy. It’s one of my favorite spots in the area.

However, during my visit this morning, I’ve noticed one customer putting his bare feet up on the table, It’s honestly quite off-putting and really takes away from the otherwise relaxing environment. I was surprised that the staff didn’t say anything, and it made me hesitant to come back — I’ve even considered going to a different location instead.

I hope the team can kindly remind customers to be more respectful of shared spaces. It would make such a big difference for those of us who truly...
