Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Stanton

Requested contactless delivery and stated in the comments for the delivery to use the call box to enter the gate. The driver called me saying he was there I told him to use the call box because I do not know the gate code. He could not figure it out and never used the call box. I had to go down to find him and he got in (someone had to have let him in) and he was at the wrong row of homes and we had to pick up our food from him in a driveway down a row of homes he literally sat the food in the street and stepped back for us to pick it up. The food did not taste great and our cheese bread sticks were horrible it was a hard crumbly crust on the bread that pulled off the other pieces when you tried to separate them. when I think cheese bread I think gooey cheese like on the pizzas. The pizza was very soggy and greasy and the best part was the crust. I was highly dissatisfied with this order. Also would like to mention that every delivery we have received at our current location (there have been quite a few) the drivers cannot figure out how to enter the gate I have only had 1 or 2 delivery drivers actually provide a contactless delivery at my door, 1 or 2 times they literally handed me my food...

On 5/7/21 I ordered a pizza using Pizza Hut app to be picked up “contactless” at a local store. When I got there, I clicked “I am here”. But no one came. Ten minute later I came in to the store and told the worker there that I had been waiting for my pizza. She said she didn’t have my order, and she couldn’t deliver my pizza. I show her the order record from the app. I also show her the receipt from my email and my credit card showing it was charged for the order. Then her manager came, and I show him everything again to prove that my order was paid for. He also indicated that there was nothing he could do as his store didn’t get the order. Then I asked him to call his upper management. After taking to someone, he came out and told me he would make me a pizza. I waited for about 15 more minutes, then he came out and said he just got my order from the app. It took 45 minutes since I arrived to get my pizza. My family was starving waiting for me to bring...

When I went to pick up my order no one was in the front. It appeared closed. I knocked on the door and no one came. Finally someone came and just looked at me and left. I kept callinng the number but they didn't answer (I could hear the phone ringing). A delivery guy came and I told him I'd been waiting and asked if I was going to be helped. He said yes and apologized but still no one came. I kept calling and knocking. I had waited outside for 20 minutes. Finally a gal came and said she (obviously) opened the door but I didn't want to come in. When I said no she didn't she got smart mouthed and said 'did you come to argue with me or to pick up an order'? I asked for the managers info and she replied "you're talking to her!". She was very rude. She probably treats her employees...
